State Bank of India [SBI]of — Not response for account transfer

My dsp account no is [protected] is presently in madikeri sbi branch. now I want to transfer my account to nsg camp manesar. It is located in haryana state. I am already put of application to Madikeri sbi bank manager. But they not respond. They received my application 7 days back. but, today they says that your application not received. I send my application to bank in speed post. speed post no is eh[protected]in enquiry says that the bank received application 21 Oct 15 1420hrs. Please my request is help to transfer my account to nsg camp manesar.
