State Bank Of India — state bank collect gateway problem | |||
Respected sir/ madam My name is Himal patel and I have made payment for educational purpose on 8th march 2015 through "state bank collect" website (https://www.onlinesbi.com/prelogin/institutiontypedisplay.htm). I have fill up all details that is required and then I proceed for payment. I made a payment through my Bank of India debit card and amount has been deducted from my account which is Rs 712.36 But after confirmation of transaction webpage should generate payment receipt but instead of that it shows the error. Please see the attachment which contain error page below. Due to this my visa procedure has been stuck so please focus on these problem. Was this information helpful? | |||

Today I tried to make payment throgh State Bank Collect for my son school fees (SAMSKAARA ACADEMY, PATTANAM ITTERI ROAD, TRICHY ROAD, ONDIPUDUR, COIMBATORE-641016). I have used my credit card (Kasikorn bank-Thailand) but I could not make payment. State bank collect message as "Transaction Status : FAILURE". I tried many times and I have checked with my bank here in
Thailand also. Here no problem.So please check and reply me. Please find below the transaction reference number for your further processing. Also please find herewith the attached
file of screenshot of the transaction message.
