State Bank of India — Wrong amount debited | |||
I have an account in your branch and I a transaction through SBI debit card on dated 6th May’15 ( screen shot of transaction as below ) for purchase some product from AMAZON online shopping store . but amount not to be credited in Amazon account, So they have decline my order . Further after waiting so long but there is no money credited in my account, So I have raised a complain to SBI complain cell dated 16th May’2015, Complain No. –PG[protected], and customer care executive confirm that your payment got stuck on payment gateway and it will be clear within 7 days, but after one and half month still not getting any resolution from SBI .
