This is a fake website. They cheat you and will take all your money. I regret I book my resort with them. I have booked resort and cancelled it before it was confirmed to me. But till now I haven't got money or any response from them. Every time I call and they say that account department is busy and we will revert. No one has also reply to my email. I will update my reviews on social media as well. They have eaten up my money.

They neither reply on phone call nor on email.

Stayzilla is a fraud, fake .com Simply collecting money, taken credit card pin no etc from the customers and not able to do any booking against the order no.[protected][protected]. Upto collecting money they said the rooms are available, after collecting money they are saying that the rooms are not available. Regarding this we made more than 25 calls sent mails, but there is no response from their end. What Government going to do with this type of fake companies. This is the first worst .com company i've seen. Requesting people not to book anything hereafter with this fraud company.

    My self nitesh shelar Incident on 2nd Sep'15 complaint for Stayzilla.com Hotel Frontline [protected] Booking ID :[protected][protected] I had booked hotel in patna (Bihar) through stayzilla.com and payment already done. now today morning i went to hotel frontline residency which is suggested and booked by stayzilla.com it's not comfortable and not as per my requirement hence i am not checkin this hotel and left out. then i called to stayzilla customer care and ask them for refund but their executive Imran directly said that refund not possible. please help to refund my amount.     Hotel Cancellation Money Not Refund

    Dear Sir, i have booked a room via STAYZILLA.COM in Mahabaleshwar, booking have completed full process of booking, from my account 7, 000/- debited from my Debit Card . When i reached at hotel we found that hotel have been cancelled, and the hotel employ said that there is no room available .

      I booked a hotel room at matheran thru stayzilla on 5th Aug for 15th Aug 2015. I paid the amount as per the listing on Stayzilla.com. But on 14th Aug around 4pm their customer support guy called and told that no rooms are available in that hotel and now hotel is accepting booking only for min 2 night stay. He offered me room in another hotel which is far away from the hotel where I made my booking. When I insisted on honouring my original booking I was told that he will call back after discussing with the manager. Later on I was told hotel agreed to 1 night booking but now assking for Rs 8500 and I need to pay additional amount when I said why should I pay, stayzilla agreed to pay partially but I didn't agree to that. Again I got a call from the Mr Imran from Stayzilla and he told that these policies are listed on their website as well hotel policies are like that. I couldn't attend my family reunion because of this fraud website and would recommend everyone to stay away from stayzilla.

        I had made a reservation with this fraud company checking it online that the room is available at hotel Cidade Daman for 15th August and check out 16th August,

        Their website showed that the hotel is available on that particular day and they charged me 30% of the amount i.e. 7722 for 6 rooms showing that the hotel is available.

        After taking the money which they said was only a block on the card and once the reservation is confirmed, will they charge the amount the on card.

        But however this fraud company has already charged me on my card and now say that the hotel is not available for those particular days and offering me some cheap motel which is offering them more profits and they think since the customer is a fool who has already paid them the amount, they will run away with his money,

        Their website is still showing the hotel room available for 15th august check even today on 10th august and they claim the hotel is not available. If it is not available why does it even show now that the hotel is available.

        BEWARE OF THIS FRAUD COMPANY AND DO NOT DO ANY BOOKINGS ON THIS SITE AS THE ONLY THING THEY ARE DOING IS CHEATING AND NOW SAY THAT IT WILL TAKE 7 Days to refund the money which was only suppose to be a block on my card but they have already charged, i want my money back with 1% interest + 1000 rs. on the calls i have to make for follow up on the refund on the fraud this company is doing and wasting my time and plans.

        Hotel reservation

        I have booked hotel with booking id[protected][protected]. I have booked rooms for 2 adults in each room and one child in each room. but the booking shows that only booking is being made for one adult and one child in each room. Now when i try to contact customer care, the numbers are available. Have already paid 30% amount. Need clarification.

          I had made a booking in Stayzilla on 30th July for a trip I wanted to make on 7th Aug. After few repeated calls, I finally got the booking confirmed. Following is the details: Order - id:[protected][protected] Due to a very serious medical emergency in my home, I am not able to make this trip. I called Stayzilla on 5th Aug, and they told me that they will be able to cancel the booking, or modify the booking date with the hotel. Today, i.e. 6th August, when I called them up, they are saying that the hotel people are neither going to refund me the money nor modify the booking date. I could have modified this booking to some later date, but the terrible pathetic service from Stayzilla has cost me INR 1200. Harassing a customer like this, when he has a serious medical emergency at home, is simply unacceptable. I had heard lot of good things about Stayzilla, but now on all I can say is STAY AWAY from StayZilla. I wish that this case of mine be taken very seriously, and a refund be applied or a modification with my booking dates be done. Regards Somnath Paul

            We booked 02 rooms for 02 nights from Stayzilla for Kasuali - Himanchal Pradesh on 18th June' 15 for dated 19th & 20th June' 15 and got the confirmation over an email along with the phone call from the Stayzilla that booking is confirmed. Hotel Name - Hemkunt Hotel - Kasuali We were on the way on 18th June' 15 to our destination - Kasuali [HP] & suddenly got a call from Stayzilla that our booking was not confirmed. Inspite of making the advance payment & getting the confirmation of the booking one day before the scheduled visit, we came to know last minute that our booking was not confirmed. This was very much annoyed & pathetic. We were travelling with 1 year old kid along with the female pax & it was raining heavily in kasuali on that day.Since i was in the middle of my destination so I was personally & continuously speaking with the executive while driving on the hiils which was more dangerous for the lifes of the entire people travelling along with me. After speaking for more than 01 hour, the executive offered me the room which was 10 kms from the main kasuali for which i refused. He promised me for the call back, however i didn't received any call back from the company side. I was continuously requesting the executive to call his/ her manager but the call was not transferred to the Manager. Moreover, I came to know that the Hotel - Hemkunt was not having any tie up with Stayzilla..then how come my booking was confirmed one day before??? This was very pathetic experience with Stayzilla & i am planning to file a case against the company...I would suggest every one not to trust this company as these people are fraud.

              I booked two hotel through stayzilla. One in coorg and another in Udupi in the month of March. For the ORDER-ID:[protected][protected] : Hotel Hill View, Coorg : I paid the amount 315 during the booking . Some one from stayzilla told me that I have to pay full amount in the hotel and they will refund me my full amoint i.e. 315 but I receive only 209 i have to get my rest of amount : Rs. 106. The same case for the below order ID also. ORDER-ID:[protected][protected] : Hotel Amar Comfort, Udupi : Amount need to be refund : Rs. 100.

                  order number[protected][protected]_TR1 i have booked hotel with Stayzilla.com also paid 20% booking amount for 2 days, but checkout time hotel manager asked me more amount than booking total cost, i have also called to Stayzilla.com but there don't know about my booking, very disappointed costumer service, finally i have paid extra amount of 2 days, also they not adjusted my advance payment after few days As per your tele conversation with costumer representative, they issue stayzilla voucher which you can use it for my next booking. During my next booking and they will apply the voucher for me. but during my next booking i have called to stayzilla.com to apply my voucher but at that time costumer representative don't know anything about my voucher, and very poor respose please beware with Stayzilla.com fraud they big cheater offering big discount and take 20% amount as your booking cost

                    I had done my hotel bookings for kerala trip through Stayzilla, the order id is[protected][protected] for Aranyaka resorts in Munnar. Due to some unfortunate reasons I had to cancel my bookings. The cancellation request was placed through stayzilla website on 12th January'2015, 8 days ahead of hotel Check-in date: 20/01/2015. Then there were several telephonic conversations for request of refund after cancellation of booking but the response was neither concrete nor the refund was processed. Although the cancellation policy is clearly mentioned in Stayzilla's website that; "Refunds :All refunds will be sent back from our side within 3 working days. THE AMOUNT WILL BE SENT FROM OUR ACCOUNT WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS AND WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE TIME IT TAKES FOR YOU TO RECEIVE IT, AS IT IS UPTO YOUR BANK TO PROCESS THE REFUND". After several follow ups of almost 12 days their response is that only 50% of the amount would be refunded to us.This is absolutely harassment as even the hotel policy says full amount would be refunded if cancelled 48hrs before check-in date and we had raised cancellation request through Stayzilla 8 days prior to check-in date.                       Stayzilla Order no[protected][protected] for Hotel MCM Towers-Rameswaram. This is my order id, I had made full payment of 2444 INR. The check in date and time was 21st jan 7 am and checkout date time was 22nd jan 8pm. I did not even stay for 2 complete days (48 hrs), but still I had to pay for 2 days. This was already communicated with Stayzilla before booking and before paying the full amount, and they re-assured everytime that its alright. But as soon as the booking was made, they did not care about the checkin checkout time anymore.When I went to hotel, the manager said that the checkout time is 12 noon on 21st Jan, which was highly unreasonable. When I tried to contact stayzilla, they simply washed their hands off, saying that extra charges will apply.Bottomline, do not trust them, they will promise you anything and evrything to get the full payment done and later won't be concerned about their promises later.

                        Horrible Experience: Hello Guys, I just came back my 10 Days Tour from Kerala. Used Stayzilla.com for all Bookings. I Read this reviews before Booking than only tries them as Booking.com was not having much Options. First of all for New comers i would like to tell you there process. You Select Hotel from Website . Make Payment (PLZ DONT PAY FULL AMOUNT TO SAVE YOURSELF FROM HARASSMENT ) PAY the minimum amount 10% etc. Once you paid the amount than you will receive a mail from Stayzilla that Thanks for Booking you will get a Confirmation mail in 3 Hours.. GUYS This CONFIRMATION MAIL which they promise in 3 hour HARDLY comes in 3 Hours. AND Point to be noted not like booking.com that once you book you should get relax that booking is confirm, HERE you cant be relax till you get CONFIRMATION MAIL for that particular hotel. As without confirmation mail our hotel is not booked Even after giving them amount. AS they start checking and calling hotels for ROOMS ones you pay them some amount and POINT TO BE NOTED Maximum hotels dont know Stayzilla they just take their calls casually for room booking. So our Train was on 9th we were reaching Kochi on 10th. From Kochi to Munnar we will be reaching in night and staying in Kallarackal homestay (FOR WHICH CONFIRMATION MAIL THEY HAVE NOT SENT AND WE PAID STUPIDLY 5000 AMOUNT TO STAYZILLA FOR THIS BOOKING) We were leaving from mumbai with a Question mark where we will stay tomorrow night with Kids and Family. We called them on 9th every 2 hours there customer care people just making promises that we will get confirmation in 1 hour, 2 hour etc but no mail no call from their side we received. Whole 9th, 10th Jan we called them, Shouted them, Requested them, Begged them to do something but every time new person new story. As we were with family so was too much concern where we will stay in night as Car etc was already booked. After so much shouting and firing on them they on 10th evening given us another hotel confirmation as booked hotel was not having rooms. They told us to pay full amount in this another hotel and previous amount of 5000 they will refund in 2 days which I still on 20th Jan I didnt received and just shouted them again on call centre. Second Hotel Thekkady was booked and confirmed but they too first time heard abt Stayzilla Well there not any problem we faced . after that In Allepey House boat was also ok . Than We came to Kannur Where we booked 2 Standard non AC in PALM GROVE HARITAGE . GUYS PLZ PLZ Dont ever prefer this Hotel too. People out there was too much arrogant. all Aged people who dont knw internet and mails. They were not ready to listen our booking through Stayzilla.com. They said we dont knw Stayzilla Wistazilla pay full amount for 3 days here on the spot that too on current charges. They were not ready to see copy of mail and amount as advance we paid to Stayzilla.com .They took full amount . The room was worst in whole kerala trip . Non Standard AC is I think Crime in their Hotel. They dont respect people. They dont have proper staff all Circus boys are working in their hotel. they dont have basic manner to handle Guest. They will not change your bed sheet even if you tell them whole day. If you eat something use their plates whole day ur plate will be out side o[censored]r room but instead of reminding they will not pick it up. Room was too Dirty, Bathroom was tidy, Flush not working, Terrible experience. And Stayzilla had taken 10% for this room and that Hotel took whole amount from us on the spot. My husband was not having that much we told them we pay 2000 we have to go ATM we were not knowing you need full amount . But they made us stay out side was not ready to make us checkin till they received the full amount. I m shocked PEOPLE in Hotel industry too have such manner less and ethics less staff as this industry is totally depends on Manners and Ethics. So As a Whole I will not at all Use Stayzilla in my WHOLE LIFE . and PLZ My Friends, Other people out there plz plz plz its a request dont make ur trip horrifying as we did by using this Stayzilla website.

                          Hi, I have booked a hotel from www.stayzilla.com on 1st Oct 2014 as against the hotel mentioned in their website through online payment from there payment partner CCAVENUE. As it was very peak season, that hotel was actually booked completely well before. But these STAYZILLA people displayed it as that hotel is available for booking. As soon as I done the payment, that hotel got vanished from the list saying, that hotel is completely booked. But the booking amount is already deducted, for booking I done, didn't received any confirmation for hotel after the payment. Then I inquired about it, they said, hotel is booked in your name we are sending the confirmation for the same, but they never sent. Called their customer call center hundreds of time, not pick of call or once I explain the problem, they were disconnecting it. Also same issue with online chat with them. Finally I have cancelled booking & asked for the refund of the amount. They it cancelled & it will be returned. But they never returned the amount till now. Hence they are highly dishonest, fraudulent & cheaters. Please don't book anything from there website. Thanks & regards Sunil

                              I booked one room in Star Beach Resort, Goa through Stayzilla (Order Id[protected][protected]) for 17th-19th August, 2014. I paid 1552+100 in two installments for that to StayZilla and StayZilla sent me the confirmation for the booking. I have that confirmation now. Then when I reached the hotel, the hotel said that the booking is not confirmed because they have not received any amount. I talked to StayZilla. The Hotel manager also talked with them. After a lot of discussion between them, StayZilla asked me to pay the amount again by cash to the hotel and promised me to return the money I paid earlier. I paid the cash to the hotel and have the payment slip for that. I also have the message from StayZilla confirming that they will return the money on next business day. But I still did not receive the money. I called several times to StayZilla and every time the representative says that he/she will call me in 10 minutes and then they don't show up. I also chatted with many representatives and they also confirmed me that they will return my money on the next day, but it is not still done. Whenever I call them or email them, I get the same reply, the amount has been already transferred to hotel. We are trying to talk to the hotel manager but the number is reachable. Almost 9 days are over since the date of cancellation but no positive result yet.

                                  I made 3 bookings for my Kerala tour in Dec 13. Staff quality is very bad. very poor communication skills. they do not understand anything about the hotel industry. no knowledge about the hotels. if you make any query they are not able to handle it. Hotels don't listen to these guys. I made a complaint about my worst experience with Grandeur house Boats but they do not respond at all. Even Chief Executive is in deep slumber and do not bother to reply. please stay away from these type of booking sites

                                    Dear Sir/Madam, I have booked 2 rooms in Thekkady, Kerala through Stayzilla.com 20 days before the check-in date. I have cancelled the hotel room booking 7 days before the check-in date but they did not refund even a single rupee. I have given their cancellation policy below. As per the cancellation policy, they should refund the amount after deducting 15%. When I requested to refund my money, they changed their cancellation policy at that point of time telling I need to cancel before 30days!!! in order to get the refund.. How can people change their policies in each and every minute!! Please let me know what need to be done for this. CANCELLATION POLICY OF STAYZILLA.COM 1) A cancellation penalty of 15% of the booking amount will be levied by Stayzilla.com on all cancellations post confirmation. 2) If you cancel the booking with less than 48 hours left to checkin and 24 hours before checkin, one night's room rate will be charged in addition to the 15% cancellation charge. 3) If you cancel with less than 24 hours left to check in, you will be charged the entire cost of your stay. 4) Hotel's cancellation policy, if different from Stayzilla's policy, will take precedence. Your cancellations will be processed in 3 business days. Subsequently your refund payments (if any) will be processed in 30 business days.                                       Its a fraud website.

                                      We have booked 5 rooms and paid 100% in advance and got a confirmation. When we reached the hotel it was told that there was no booking, when we called the executive told he will call back in 5 minutes but no call. We were trying to call back but they were not answering.

                                      Entire day got wasted, the hotel manager managed to arrange 5 rooms in a nearby hotel but nowhere close to the booked one. The price was same.

                                      Stayzilla people are horrible and didn't make an alternate arrangement. We have not received any refund and they are offering us 15% of the booking amount as refund.


                                      Please please don't book through Stayzilla.com if you want to have comfortable travel.

                                      Complete fraud website. Ignore for your own good.

                                      With your kind permission I would like to convey a few words to you about a problem I am experiencing since last one month.I am the user of Webs.com ,a US based free web hosting service which provides free domain for building web site with strict term of service and conditions.From 9th August 2010 onwards I am not able to access my web site www.royshealthzone.webs.com,which I have built under this domain but can be accessible from abroad.Like wise there are more than 100s o[censored]sers from all over India facing the same problem. When we have communicated this issue to the webs support service,they said that this is the ISP who has blocked the websites under webs.com in India.But when we cross checked with our ISPs and as well as TRAI,we came to know that they are not reponsible for this unnecessary blockage.Further investigation has revealed that,it is not the websites but the corresponding IP address- 216.52.115.50(webs.com) which has been blocked and thereby all the member sites that use the address http://membersite.webs.com will not be accessible any more in India under the instructions of certain official.
                                      We are really thankful to one official Dr. Gulshan Rai,The Director general (e-mail: [protected]@mit.gov.in) , I-CERT (Indian Computer Emergency Response Team ) and GC(Cyber Laws Group Formulation & Enforcement Division), Department of Information Technology for his immense support and promptness of feed back regarding this issue.According to them the aforesaid IP address has been blocked under an instruction( Court order:No- 1403 of 2010,Dated- 7.8.2010) issued by the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Mumbai to the Director,Indian Computer emergency Response Team,department of Information Technology to block the web site named http://donotdial100.webs.com.
                                      Since the actual court order with the instruction consists both the url and IP address of the offending site which is already blocked by the webs as per their official statement; the department of C.E.R.T-In, might have blocked the concerned web site and as well as the IP address too.Here the problem arises.The corresponding IP address is for all the users of webs in India,hence apart from the offending site,all the other websites having the same IP address and url as www.xxx.webs.com gets blocked and is not accessible throughout the India.
                                      Sir,we are all the webs user using this free web hosting service for social networking,educational purpose and for personal business and every day we are missing our valuable customer.Therefore we are here by requesting you to kindly look into the mater and do the needful.
                                      We shall be highly obliged if you initiate some necessary steps on immediate basis to resolve this issue.
