Refund of hotel booking
I was trying to book hotel accommodation through www.stayzilla.com on date 17.10.2015 for stay during 12th nov 2015 to 14th nov 2015 in hotel kumar plaza, matheran.
To my surprise, the reservation was automatically done for the dates 15th nov 2015 to 16th nov 2015 n hotel kumar plaza, matheran
., which i came to know only after payment for the transaction matured. The website is not at all transparent & user friendly in this respect.

However, shortly after the reservation, i called the call center of www.stayzilla.com, to request change of dates, but they showed inability and directed me to cancel the booking. Here also, i was compelled to bear the cancellation charges for no fault of mine.
Even after lapse of 7 days, i am yet to receive the refund.
I am compelled to call the call center, but on each occasion, i receive the same reply that it will take 5-6 business days to refund the amount.
Please look into the matter and help me get my money back.

I have done a booking in coorg throught stayzill and the hotel management called and said that they are no rooms are available on the booking period.i have cancelled the booking but no confirmation of cancel as of now.
the contact numbers are working, it is ridiculous.
i want my refund
