I had done my hotel bookings for ooty trip through stayzilla, the order id is[protected][protected] for cliff gk residency in udagamandalam on 23/05/2016. When i called hotel manager (Ramesh) regarding room booking and hotel manager gave information that they have stopped stayzilla tieup before 3 months. So i immediately on 20/05/2016 try to reach customer care but non of numbers were not working so through online the cancellation request...
