[Resolved]  Sterling Holidays Resorts — to cancel my sterling membership and refund my money back

My name is grinal patel. My sterling membership id is 1230016. I puchased it in july 2016. I had paid nearly 80000 down payment and another amount on installment. My installment is 5759 and also deducted 3 installments, 1 instllment in sep 2017, 2 installment in nov 2017 so i nearly spent 100000/- rupees. Now i explain you my complaint in details.
I visited website of sterling and sterling executive called me and appointment has been fixed. One executive name abhishek and manager sachin explained me everything about sterling and they promise lot of things, like
1) if you don’t became a member of sterling than you can refuse within 10 days. But it did not happend. They already processed my membership. Than,
2) manager sachin told me that if you will purchase sterling holidays package, than you will get discount in plane tickets and train ac coaches. After some days of inquiry i realised, that it is also false information.
3) executive abhishek told me, thate is also plus point if you will purchase this package, and it was, if you do not use any holidays, if any reason than you will sell it to anyone with higher cost and that he said i will do it for you. And it is more and more bigger lie or cheating. So many people attract and purchase from that kind of fake promises. Because after some time he did not pick up my any call.
4) executive said that sterling has 5star properties but i studied and got info that sterling has maximum is 3 star and 4star.
5) at that time of purchasing executive says, “you will get free 3000 rs food vouchers” but when i asked to avail me my 3000 rs food voucher, then customer care refuse to give me and told me that you can’t get 3000. You will get 1000rs voucher only
6) i did not use single one day from 25 year of package but once i use 2n/3d in goa in 2n/3d voucher. But goa sterling property vilagio take 400 rs for 2n/3d. That was a hidden fees. Which they did not informed me when i purchased this package.
So this is totally wrong.
7) when i purchased this package, they told me maintenance cost was approx 6000, but now days it increased. And
8) i got rci membership also, executive abhishek told me, it is 2 year renewal is free.
After 2 years, you will pay renewal fees nearly 3500 but rci executive called me and asked for 7800 something for one year of renewal of rci membership. Or 20000 for 5 year. I asked him why they charging too much, already sterling executive said you will charge 3500 only, but he replied rci renewal fees always increases year by year. And now also executive fraud was, he did not inform me that renewal fees will increase day by day.
And it is very disgusting. I did not thought.
And many more things they promised or committed me. Which i forgot some and major i remember.
After 10-15 days of purchasing sterling package,
I researched about sterling and realised that they selling fraudly, many more was false information they promised. Than after i decided to cancel my membership, and contact the executive abhishek. I told him to cancel my membership and refund my money back, but he replied ”now it processed and can’t cancel membership “ than i also request him to sell my holiday package or only holidays as he promised before but he said i will try it but after some on call follow ups to him, he stoped to pick up my call. I call him many times but he did not recieved single one call, than i decided to contact customer service and i contacted sterling customer executives i explained everything that i experienced during this period. But they told me company is not responsible for executive promises. And they did not took my complain. I have tried many time to contact customer service and ask for refund my money back. But they told me it is not possible.
I have spent too much time for call customer care within 2 years but totally mind waste money waste.
In 100000/- i could roam and spent my time anywhere in bharat or out of country with my family happily.
Now i want to say to sterling holidays company,
“is this your executives??? Is this your customer services???”
This is bull #
Now, with one more request...
Cancel my membership in sterling and i want my whole money back. Refund my money.
I hope you understand batter with my horrible problem.
1 lac is a big amount and it matters for a middle class man. I paid[protected] cash and. 40000 with 2 year of installment with 17% interest) and 5759rs 3 installments means total was nearly 1 lac. So kindly request you again please refund my money back
If you did not reply my complaint, i will put this matter in consumer court and one thing more i am a youtuber and i operate technical channel and i have contact with another youtubers so they will help me for my issue. And if you dont believe than you can search grinal patel on youtube. You will get my channel and find many videos on it. So now
If you did not reply me and proceed my refunding request, than i will make video on “sterling holidays resort fraud”
Whoever watches this video, your prestige affects and definitely people will not buy your sterling packages. And you know the power of social media now days. You will not get more profits if you did not respond me and did not my money back. Sorry for that kind of langauge and warning but i am totally mentally harassed. And i need justice.

Andheri branch manager called me and asked for my problem, I explained everything as I written on consumer complaint website. Andheri Manager said “ you can’t get your refund back” I said him “if you can’t give my whole amount back, then you deduct your some cancellation charge and pls get my rest of amount back” But he refused to whole my money back. This is not the right way you treated your customer, Even I did not use single one day of 25 years of sterling holidays and RCI, because of your executive fake commitments. This is not a solution I had paid nearly 1 lac rupees. And it is very hardly earned money. I request to the Company, Pls resolve my problem Pls get my refund back as soon as possible. Sterling Holidays Andheri manager called me for my complaint, I explained everything to him about half an hour. What Sterling executive has done with me.I told him everything about executives false promises and all. Manager asks Sorry for inconvenience but he refuse to give my refund back.He trying to convince me for continue with holidays with sterling.But I don’t want to continue with sterling Holidays company.
I wanna ask to the Company
“Is this your policy ?????????”
“Is this your care about your customer ??????”
I need my money back and cancel my membership
If you will not refund my money and cancel my membership, than I have to take action on you.
So I kindly request to cancel my membership and refund my money.

I got your response, but I am not satisfied. Someone called me and explained your refund policy. As I told him, I tried lots of time to ask your customer care, about cancellation and refund process, and I did not send anything in writing, because I don’t know the procedure.
You are not considering my cancellation of membership and refund process only the reason is I did not send anything in writing in cancellation and refund period ????????
I am not satisfied with any kind of your services.
I kindly request you to cancel my membership and refund my money. You can deduct your cancellation fee, and please give my rest of money..
please follow up as soon as possible.
