Wrong item delivered

Had ordered Cream Saree - 80758 worth 2k and they had delivered white saree - 5007 instead. Had dropped many mails but not responding and even they had blocked my number so that i dont get connected. The day I received a wrong product i made call to them and they said give us some time to speak with vendor. Next day my number went blocked. No.is [protected]. My order no. Is 17018 with COD. Ordered under name Grace Parmar.

I ordered a saree with stitching on 22/11/2020 in storeadda.com and there is no update from them ever since. I emailed them and I tried to contact them via phone there is no way I can contact....

The online site and the company has cheated me. I have placed an order for saree wide order no. 15461 dated 9th october 2019 worth rs. 2520. The website stated that order will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
Company has not delivered my order yet. I have been mailing and calling them constantly, but they are not even replying. I need refund of my money.

I have ordered a product worth rupees 2919 and yet no delivery or update about it. Mistake i have done is that i have ordered it prepaid. My contact detail is [protected]@gmail.com this site number is not available and owner is not answering phone or messages even i did not get any courier details from this site, kindly take it seriously, shut down this site for safety of customers.

It’s been more than a month since we have placed an order in storeadda.com.
But till now we did not get any message or phone or mail on the status update, and no one is answering to phone calls, messages and mails.
Fed up with trying to call and message storeadda.
Our blunder is that we have paid before the delivery perhaps we should have gone for cod.
Please do the needful.
My sincere request to everyone that do not shop online on storeadda.com and get cheated.

We placed an order from Storeadda.com on 2nd November 2018 on their website for 2 sets of lehenga from Dubai UAE. Till date we have not received the items & after the 1st email of order confirmation & courier details there is no contact from them & no response as well. It is a fraud. When our family friend visited their address as mentioned on their website it was locked & the number does not work as well.
Kindly resolve this matter.

Hello, i have been cheated through online shopping of 3527rs for my order id 12265 by storeadda/adda247/bankersadda. It has been three months i have recieved any help to deal with this. Mr. Vinod mane ceo has looted my hard earned money and is not refunding my money.
I make a sincere request to resolve the issue at earliest and my money be refunded by store adda.

Same thing happened to me . I bought item on 12 march 2019, I haven't received my item nor any reply from them even after several attemp by mobile and email. Mr Vinod mane it will be better you return our money. My order no is 13698.
Same story even I also still haven’t received my order till now which I had ordered on 27th Aug 2019. I have written a lots of mail regarding about my order and it always bounce back to me. I even called up many times. At first, he picked up the call and after that there is no response at all . I think I have also been cheated for my order 15188.
