Stray Dogs — problem with the stray dogs

I'm sri ranganath.. I stay in old bowenpallly, mitrivan colony, dairy farm road.. we face severe problem with the stray dogs. looking forward for the help to get rid of the stray dogs.. requesting municipal corporation to kindly take action by sending their appropriate team to take away the stray dogs..

Stray Dog Menace — Stray Dog

I live in Thiruvanmiyur, near the new Beach Road. There are some 10-20 stray dogs in my locality. Obvious reason, the garbage keeps littering out and thereby their stay seems to be permanent. These dogs enter into the flats and bite everything kept in the dustbins, outside our home and littering the place.
I kindly request the Chennai Corporation to look into this matter and take necessary action.

We have been facing a very serious issue with stray dogs in Govindpuri Extn, Kalkaji Near Gopalji Ice cream Shop area.
They have been biting people and children in the area and barking or chasing bikers resulting in accidents. Govindpuri Extn, Kalkaji is a very congested and busy area and we are facing a severe situation. Also their loud and strange noises during the night is adding to the fear. Please help us to get rid of this straydog menace and take immediate action to catch them.

STRAY DOGS MENACE IN SECTOR 57 GURGAON — MCD DOING NOTHING

We the residents of Sector 57 Gurgaon request the MCD to catch all stray dogs and take them to an animal shelter, as they are increasing in numbers and are biting people, especially small children. We can't go for walks, as the danger of these dogs is always present.A dog lover is feeding these dogs daily and he should be asked to keep all these dogs in his house.They create so much of noise pollution especailly when exam time is on. They have formed themselves in groups and each group attacks the other and cause such a havoc. Are we living in a jungle or in a city?

Every so called 'Dog Lover' should adopt few street dogs and keep them in their homes, not let them be vagabonds!!!

We would appreciate quick action, as done in Delhi, with 'Stray Dogs'

Kindly provide us with the Tel No. of the concerned Officer.

Ferocious stray dogs — Removal of stray dogs

There are a group of 7 stray dogs who are terrorising the kids in the lane 5 of the E Block in Greater kailash II. Please take action to remove them. One lady has been bitten also by one of them.

Hi,

I reside in Marathahalli exact location Anand nagar opposite Kalamandir. there are couple of stray dogs there and keep on attacking the commuters even i was attacked three times. please help us from these by catching these dogs and moving them.

these dogs sit exactly opposite to swift automobiles and go wild in the night 1 dog is effected with rabies please catch it it has brown and black color and small white spots on its back

The number of dogs in our street have been increasing rapidly and these posses many problems for local people, they always barking on people and many are bitted. You may please collect record from safdarjung Hospital to check no’s of persons are bitted past three months. These dogs also create unhygienic condition on street and these used our outside ladders for toilet. We belong to Tughlakabad Extensions especially street no 23, 22 and 24 are facing above problem. Please to something and instruct concern team to provide solution for the problem once forever.

Generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim the entire people who pass from them. I have fallen on the bike two times as well.

So this is our humble request to you to please pay attention on our letter and send immediately Dog catcher team to the area so that we will get rid of this problem soon.

DLF Phase 3, U block... Behind Royal Bank of Scotland. There are a at least 30 stray dogs in the area. Every morning and evening there is a dogfight in the area and they assemble in gangs and start barking. Moreover one is always under the fear of being bitten. I recently escaped an attack by 3 stray dogs in U-11 lane. Please do something about it as it is becoming harder day by day with this menace.

Anyone whoever can help pls take some action against this As there are sleepless nights for people due to barking orchestra and inconvenience in walking through the streets.

This is bring your kind attention towards our area (JB 22 D, Hari Enclave, Hari Nagar, Near Swarg Ashram Mandir, Delhi 110064), there are number of Dogs creating lots of problem, whole night barking, biting people, unhealthy environment.
People cant even leave their homes, they are many dogs and their population is increasing..

Trouble by Stray Dogs — Trouble by Stray Dogs

I am staying in Seetai Corner, Near Suryadatta Management School, Pune-Bangalore Highway,Bavdhan, Pune.
Approach road to my house is from DSK Ranwara towards Pune-Bangalore highway.

I have a complain about the street dogs in our approach road. In recent days the number of dogs have gone high and can see 10 -15 dogs roaming around. The trouble by them is they start barking in the night and I being working in shift I come home at night and try to sleep thats when these dogs starts barking and sometimes continue for whole night.
Apart from this while coming home in the night they chase bikes and barks, that is very fearful and might cause an accident if we loose balance. Also it is threat to us and small children as couple of them are dangerous and attacks on us.
In night time there are bin bags kept outside these dogs tear those bags and spread garbage all over the apartment.

We cannot control them as they run away when we chase them and come back again.

We need help on this to take them away or control them. Can somebody help us here.

We are very fed up with street dogs ..We are facing a lot of problems due to presence of Stray dogs . These dogs are often seeing chasing/playing everyone.They do not leave any body passing that way. Everyone is scared to pass-by. Residents of nearby this area are really afraid of these dogs and want to get rid of them.

Sir, there are so many street dogs in this locality because of them it’s very difficult to take step out from our houses especially at night. Children are facing more problems in this situation where these dogs barks on them and they get fear of them. They cant step outside alone.Dogs come closer to the motor bike rider to bite them. Sometime biker loses their control from the bike & road which becomes a cause of serious causalities.

I agree. We are facing similar problem in Madhav park society in tarsali, vadodara. No action has been taken despite many complaints.

Stray Dog Bite — Stray Dog bite

My Mother was bitten by a stray dog in Jeevan Bheema Nagar, Bangalore a few days ago. She had to seek urgent medical attention, tetanus injections, rabies vaccine, and antibiotics, More importantly this is causing her anxiety and has broken her confidence in walking freely.

On a previous occasion we had complained to the local authority regarding stray dogs but no significant action was taken.

I am concerned regarding the future risk of these stray dogs to others specially children and elderly.

The number of stray dogs in Jawahar Nagar, 15th Road, Goregaon (West), Mumbai, has increased. They cause a lot of inconvenience.

Please do the needful at the earliest.
