[Resolved] Street Style Store — Non delivery of prepaid orders; no response of mails | |||||
I had placed an order with the company on 28th November, 2015 and paid the whole amount at that time itself. The order has been split to multiple orders now. I have received some, and some are still pending. An incorrect order has also been sent, but I cannot send it back because they might not even replace it. The company doesnot respond to emails. They also do not pick up calls in the number mentioned in their website. I have attached the screenshots (serial-wise) for the whole conversation with the team. You will find that there is no reply from the team (or response after 1 month) and the whole order is not yet shipped. We are a start up and have got our own manufacturing so, we are struggling in terms of production and delivery. We are working on this feedback already and hopefully, it will be sorted out soon. Customers do compare us with giants like amazon, flipkart and so but there is lot of inputs and labour to be done to become a full fledged one. We state that we shall be producing best quality at a very cheap rate. Our designs are attractive and we are working on our grey parts to be a perfect e-commerce. I understand. But even then the expectations and communications need to be in order. There were no responses to my mails. Also, 2 months is too much of a wait time.

Yes, the order has been shipped after I complained here. If you see the images, you will realize how pathetic your team is and how irresponsible.
You have created a bad name for yourself and I will look into this that none of the people I know buy anything from your website.
If you had expedited it in the first place, it wouldn't come to this.
