We have telephonic conversation with ms. Manju contact no - [protected] for advertisement & gave cheque in the name of sulekha properties for amount rs.15, 000 but no response from your side. Manju didn't pick our call & she cut the call. Very disappointed with your service. We have to know the status. Please revert back soon

We also tried to call the sulekha properties website contact number but the number came switch off or wrong number. Please update the correct number

Sulekha.com is the worst company I have ever come across, they portrait them self to be the best in the real estate business but they are utter waste. Pls be careful before doing any business with them, there management is very careless and unprofessional. At the time of taking money they will give you lot of false promises, don't fall for it!!! I took a paid listing on sulekha to post my properties, Mr Uday one of the sales representative of sulekha had come to our offc, he gave us lot of hopes and took us for a drive. The management is very unprofessional, first of all they don't pick up the calls, if they do so, they will not bother what your concern is about & wouldn't provide relevant solution. The people working there are very rude and useless. They don't have there facts cleared(very good at confusing their clients), they need training!!! lol
They delayed the work initially, after complaining multiple times, they started the work that too with lot of mistakes. I took 3 months package where as it took almost one month to start the work, that too after making hell lot of calls and emails. Now I have been making calls since so long they are neglecting my calls and if by chance i get connected to them, they have this standard statement "our sales team will reach you" which never happened. I am really frustrated and want the refund, i haven't got even one single lead from them. For tat too they are blaming my company that our project isn't good and wouldn't receive any attention from clients. Come on!! its not the first time am doing business!!! A genuine company would never fool its clients, mistake happens but you should correct them rather than neglecting them. Ignorance is not the solution, you will loose your clients if you work this way.
They haven't refunded my money yet, nor responding to my calls. Please do not do any business with them if you don''t want to get cheated.

I had given a case to mr. Amitava nag regarding a private investigation about a person in dec 2016 and its still pending.in feb 2018 i had paid him the full amount of rs.15000 but not a single validating feedback or information did i receive about my case for the last 6months. Every time i call up mr. Nag is either busy or doesnot want to speak or ask me for some days which is being continued since days. I being a doctor maintain professionalism but this isnot a professionalism. I want my money to get refunded coz this kinda harassment is just not expected

There are many guys who travels abroad on short term. Please be careful if you travel to california and search for rental facility in sulekha. There are cheating happens near penetencia creek area. The ad will be in different names. Once you are reach out after seeing the rental amount, they will tell it is a family house. And once you visit your house they speak regional languages like tamil or telugu or hindi. So, first you will feel safe because of hearing our language. After paying the advance amount it will take a while to realize they were cheating. After a short enquiry i came to know that the owner of that house is a lady (Name vidya shyamla or naidu) who originally hails from andra or chennai. Her house is near to penetenci creek road... Near milpitas/berryeassa/sanjose. So, guys please be careful. Her house is in heron ct.

I had register the service request for servicing my ifb washing machine on 18/07/2018.
I got a call from (M. Dhana service point)
After checking he told me there is a problem in ic board, it cost around 4000 inr,
And again he came on 25/07/2018 and installed the new board,
After fixing also same condition, again he told that there is a problem in voltage and advice to keep the stabilizer.
Stabilizer also kept, but my washing machine still not working
I had spent almost inr4450.
That service agent not picking the call for last four days
We asked for a bill, but he not provided the bill also

I had equired about tv repair on sulekha.com and had given my number [protected], however i am receiving too many calls and the dealers are enforcing upon the services which is not appropriate.
I called several times to the given customer care to deactivate my number but there has been no response. I was also given the customer care number[protected] for free listed users which upon calling no one responds.

When i have registered in your site for new connection of the new connection of the broadband i do received a call from the supplier he asked about my home address i have provided he told that he wanted to visit it so i allowed him to visit and then he told we can provide the connection and then he asked about my adhara card proof i have submitted along with one photo and he asked the deposit amount of rs1000 i have payed the amount he told that he will provide the connection around 2 days. 2 ays gone he did not provided any connection i was keeping on calling him and he told that he will provide the connection days are gone still no connection provided after some days the mobile has switched off. So no response and my money also gone, i have got betrayed on your site of trusting and sharing i have plan to register the complain.

He took 15000 from me to make a sethi in suede fabric and 2 side tables. Now when we are trying to reach him.. He is not taking our call at all.. Can u guys help to get that 15000 from him. Its been more tgan 1.5 months sunce i paid him.

They use girl executives to harras self enterprising organizations for doing paid listing. They call from various numbers multiple times a day. Girl executive visit my office with begging attitude and not ready to leave before i do the agreement. Dats harassing. As they send girls we are unable to force them or use harse language.

The whole website in general is so poorly made. The ui design is abhorrent, like a scientist in a lab combined the genetic code of a monkey and crossed it with a donkey which then gave birth to a hybrid super-stupid creature, that eventually was hired to do the ui design. The homepage has a different ui from the other pages. It's so completely all over the place. It's a massive pain.

My sister is in usa, regarding job she paid $ 500 usd to sulekha (Delhi branch). This people took money and haven't did anything... They are just promising her..

All the time this people are saying you will get it, they should guide her, but they are not guiding her and now they are not calling her nor they are responding her..

Kindly take some appropriate action..

Also i will inform my all network not to go with sulekha..

Executive from sulekha came to repair samsung refrigerator to solve the problem of water leakage from the fridge. He told us that the leakage of water is due to the sensors which are not working. To slove the problem he took rs. 1500 and took out original sensors and replaced the new ones and went away. After few hours i found that fridge is not working at all. After that i am trying to call him back but he is not picking up my phone.
Desirable solution : return my sensors and refund the money

I had a wors experience with them.. Got them through selukha and i'm totally disappointed.. Reputed service like selukha should get rid of them.. Their make up is the worst one.. They never listen to the customers and do what they please to do.. They are capable of ruining a life time memory of it's.. And most importantly they cheated my gold and money and ran away from the wedding hall.. I gave a police complaint but with their money they came out of the case so easily.. Beware of professional stealers like his & her's beauty salon..

I have signed in to this website just to know more details about the courses. They are providing it. But after saying that i will call later, they are continuously calling me and that is really uncomfortable for me.

After I raised request in sulekha, i got call from this astrologer, I explained by problem. He calls you in a next day itself and try to convince you until you pay money, as he needs to buy material for your remedial process, he will guarantee that issue will get resolved in 5 days. up to 5 days he will tell all stories..after 5 days he will tell he is facing problem in process, that he is speaking to senior astrologer, now demands huge money which you unable to pay..He wont share bills for material expenses and phone numbers of anyone.

Already I have a complaint about 12-July-2018. Today your Team person called to my number saying will send a same technical executive to my home for resolving my washing machine issue. But still, no technical person to come to my home.

Update history:-

My name is V.Chandra (61 years). I am living in Porur. We have a got SMS from intimeservices.com to my mobile number on 09-July-2018 stating that sending technical Executive to repair my washing machine. Your technical executive Mr.sukumaran have repaired my washing machine drum and he has collected Rs 8550.00 on 10-July-2018. But still, now we are getting same noisy and more vibrations while switching on the washing machine.

Anyway, we keep on trying to call him Mr.Sukumaran mobile number ([protected], [protected]). But his number saying switched off from 11-July-2018 onwards. Please resolve this issue as early as possible.

I am not at all satisfied with the service, just for inspection they charged rupees 500, they told that only 200 rupees when they call me through phone but charged 500 for nothing, i am very disappointed for the worst service from sulekha... please have authorized service center... Don't give such bad service dealers.because of sulekha i wasted my money.

Orange cargo packers and movers called me through WhatsApp after registering for bike transportion in sulekha and said providing quality service and best rate. Two guys came to pick the bike for packing as its door pickup on 06/07/2018 and its 12/07/2018 and still no genuine response. Each and every time thwy tell stories and not picking up. Only after serveral calls they pickup and says stories again and not providing any tracking number of the truck which is carryong my vehicle. please help here Sulekha team. attached the bills as evidence.
