I have registered my company on Sulekha from dec, 2018 through Sulekha agent Mr. Bhavesh Parmar, Vadodara. I have been continuously complaining about refund issues I am facing from 1st lead till now. I have got so many calls from Sulekha centre, I have also intimated him about my issue but nothing happened after making promises. I have been contacting Mr. Bhavesh Parmar since last month but he is always delaying meeting or not responding to the calls. Mr. Bhavesh Parmar also promised for 15% bonus on the package we took but no bonus was received & No money has been refunded of the scrapped leads. It’s a horrible experience listing at Sulekha with such unprofessional employees and i feel that this is a proper case of Fraud and I shall be left with no choice but to head to consumer forum if this complaint is not taken seriously by Team Sulekha.

I had made an account for enquiry regarding banking classes. Since i have got the desired information, i want to deactivate my account since i'm receiving calls in abundance. And that's irritating alot. I need to deactivate my account asap.in a day i'm receiving 10-12 calls regarding the same thing. I can't block each no. As all of them are from different lines. I need this to be resolved asap as my parents too are bothered by it

A guy from sulekh and charges extra Rs. 250 saying that will also give service for fixing the steup box. Its being more than 15days he has not came and now not even responding to my calls. His numbet is [protected]. When I call him from another numbers he keeps me fooling by saying that he will transfer the money by paytm. Please take a strick action so that he cannot fool anybody else. And the reputation of sulekha will be spoiled if the cases increases.

Few days back i have taken sulekha services to get enquiries for home tutions.

My purpose has been served now. Can you "un-subscribe" the request and stop calls to me number. Iam getting continuous calls from tutors, which need to be stopped. Below is my phone number to which i get calls. Can you un-subscribe please.

We World Wide Corners Of Earth Tourism Pvt Ltd have registered to sulekha under Tour Operator Scheme for amount of Rs 11800 to get domestic tours.But after few days of continuing we are not satisfied.So we told them to stop sending leads and refund our money .The lead was stopped after calling but the leads started again.Again we make a call to stop the lead.The lead was stopped.But again the leads started.We dont know this is how your team deals with customer as we have told so many times to stop the lead and refund our money

I have sought tv repair services on my mobile number:[protected]. A service provider called up and i provided him with my address and he promised to call. Then, there are calls from a number of service providers followed up by sms from you and virtually harassed with continuous calls.

First, please remove my number from any furtehr calls, services, promotional messages etc with immediate effect.

It is preposterous that you let loose all the service providers listed with you on customers.

I have been asked to log in and do not understand why i should use my mail id. Please do not use mail id to pass on useless promotional material any more.

It's quite disturbing by receiving so many calls from different agents and i have already gotten an agent and i no longer want to receive any further calls... So i no longer need any agent for my university consultancy so please remove my number / account immediately as it's quite disturbing now.. I appreciate your help but please take notice of my concern... Thank you!

Please delete my accout and number as i dont need it. Please kindly delete my account and number. As i dont feel like this account as useful and am recieving soo many calls. I have availed maid service through om shiva sakthi services in padi and they seem to be doing the service inappropriately. There is no agreement for the service they are providing and there is no proper bill. The agency is not even registered properly and the address mentioned in the bill was wrong. The owner and staff working there were very rude.

Kindly take action against the agency and remove them from listing under maid services.

Such a worst experience with sulekha and the agency.

The minute I signed up i received 4 to 5 calls and messages, in which i found what i wanted so Please stopping calling me with course requests, as i have found what was suitable for me. thank you for your services. and please do the needful as i am a student who don't needed spamming from the companies. I would also want you to remove my number from the website to prevent further trouble form your side. Thanking you in anticipation.

They have called us for renewal and told us about package, came for payment after taking cheque they didn't even received our call nor activate our package when we ask for same... They told that package is not available provide us some more amount and we decline... And ask for refund since 20 days they are just fooling us... And now they just disconnecting our call and giving us not a proper reply still no revert from anywhere... I have also complaint this in customer care the complaint no is 099719 and there address is sulekha.com new media pvt. Ltd.

I have posted one review from my sulekha account for a tour and travel services and want to delete that now with my own wish. I am unable to do so on the website or even through the sulekha app.

Screenshot of the review is attached in the complain.

Poor packing: there is no proper packing and packing got torn and removed before it reached location.
Very late delivery: not sent the materials as per the expected delivery time... They delayed for almost 8 days to receive the packing.
Money minded: i transferred money post packing from chennai. Over charged expected that it will be packed very well.
Poor communication: i had to call everytime to getting it done.
Liar: i was told delay due to breakdown at vijayawada but driver said there was no breakdown and it was picked up from chennai very late.

Only driver was unloading my items with help of my dad, security. At least one helper should be sent along with driver.

They don't even have own transport. They dint even pay charges to driver.

I'm totally disappointed.. Pleas don't encourage these fellows. They are absolutely cheaters

This is to bring to your attention that my consignment (1 cot, 2 cot stands with nut/bolts and a mattress) from Ayanavaram Chennai to Kochi Kerala via Sulekha's partner Sri Thangam Packers & Movers, was taken from my house on 27-Dec-2018 (consignment number-018) is still not delivered. Today is15-Jan-2019.

Mr.Karthik of Sri Thangam Packers and Movers is neither answering my calls nor responding to my sms/whatsapp messages. I need your assistance to get my consignment delivered or compensated for the same.

Let me tell you that I was sending this cot to my old mother as she finds this cot more comfortable than the one she is using now back in Kerala.

I had never expected such poor response from sulekha for my premium property ad 4406931, i have received only 7 responses from past 25 days and the leads are also looking for a different location,
I have posted a free ad in other website and have recevied more than 25 response,
I request you to refund the money back or else give me good leads.

Please remove my mobile no from sulekha because i get so many unwanted calls asking me to host my business there at sulkha.

I am not interested!!

Calling every day will not change my mind and make me more weary of sulekha as an organisation. The last call i received ([protected]) i have asked the staff if they don't understand my language when i have asked them not to call me. And i hung up!!

The rep called back from a private no ([protected]) to try and teach me manners. I again said i don't wanna talk and hung up

Suffice to say i have blocked them both.

My fervent request to sulekha... Stop calling me!!

I had placed a request for maid services in sulekha on 24.12.2018.

After registering got a call from a person called priya who brought a maid and after convincing took advance of 2500 as 50 % advance. For the next day not picking up calls.

It is obviously fake as the address looks fake and the form also is fake and copy as in the previous complaints in sulekha i found the same letterhead just now.. The mistake is that i did not confirm or cross check the address and aadhar detaiils before payment. Looks like this is the modus operandi to collect phone numbers from sulekha and call on people and collect money.

I have attached the forms she gave me. I noticed today it is the same as the copied letterheads in some other complaints about sulekha complaints except name is changed on top.

Sulekha has the responsibility to send us the agencies numbers to which they are forwarding our phone numbers. This was not done and i did not receive any sms toof agency numbers. Sulekha has to share the details to see if we can trace the culprits. The security of the customers is at stake as anybody, any criminal can get access to our address and phone number. Sulekha is accountable to release the numbers of the agencies whome they have shared our contact numbers.

People be careful with agencies contacting through sulekha.

I registered in sulekha for maid service on 24.12.2018 and was contacted by one priya who brought a maid on 27.12.2018.. I gave 50 % advance of 2500 rs and the maid was supposed to report in few days. On calling she picked up only once and inspite of calling with other
Phone numbers there was no response. We have been cheated and looks like this is the modus operandi. They collect phone numbers and call and talk convincingly to collect...

Dear madam,

We have paid the amount to naresh (I. E team), after activation he said that he will explain abt the app. But till now he didn't said anything about the usage of app and how to upload the photos, while contacting to him not responding to my calls till now and they said that
1. At first they said that will pay bonus amount of rs 2000 after paying rs 12000. (But till now the bonus amount is not added)

2. If any person joined by leeds then only the amount will be detected (But without joining the person amount is detecting).

3. He said that leeds will come according to our area, but through out city is coming and amount is also detecting when ever leeds come (We need only our area leeds)

4. Mr. Naresh said that whether your are not satisfied with the sulekha then we will refund the amount (I. E 12000 rs + tax amount)

As the above mentioned points are not satisfied and not cleared at any case, mentioned and spoken all fake promises.

Actually we don't know the actual principles of sulekha, usage of mobile app and not even one person also joined based on your leeds, but the amount 2000 has been detected.

So, based on above all fake reasons, i am not satisfied at least 1 percent also,
Plz refund my total amount.
