    i have ordered a micromax a100 on 27th....seeing all negative responses i am very much afraid of losing my money....

    mu order no is SUL[protected]....its been 2 days n its showing still being processed.......no one receives call or reply's to my mail......

    if they deliver me damaged product wht sould i do ??? pls help me....
    if i wont be getting sealed brand new cell phone i am gonna surely file a case in consumer court for sure...

    being such a huge company sulekha.com should give best service

        I have oredered for a NOKIA ASHA mobile phone with "SULEKHA DEALS" - SUL[protected].

        1. I order for a product. I was assured of a delivery within 10 days.
        2. 10 days is completed. No intimation of the order cancellation until i make a call to understand what's happening.
        3. After multiple long waiting calls, i am assured of a money refund.
        4. After couple of more days, i get a refund(only 50% of my money).
        5.from there on, every now and then i am calling to check on the status and i get the same answer "WE WILL CALL U BACK SOON".

        I am not intimated of anything and process is goddamn slow.

        I totally totally totally feel cheated!!.

        GUYZ, Please don't order anything in sulekha even if they give you a extraordinary offer.

          Having such a ridiculous experience with sulekha, I’d suggest you to go for 200-300 bucks more for any product but don’t ever go for sulekha, I’ve made this mistake and now paying for that. Ordered a micromax a52(SUL [protected]) phone through them on 30th july 2012 and till 8th of aug it is under ready to ship. at time on 7th it is under Being PROCESSED stage and now again under READY TO SHIP.even their estimated shipment date is 3rd of august only still didn’t get any confirmation from their side. Called them several times regarding that but still didn’t get any satisfactory reply , all the time they’ll suggest you for 2 more days.

            This is in reference to my purchase of Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos S6802 color ~ White vide Order no SUL[protected].This is to inform you that i have purchased Samsung galaxy ace duos mobile,as per the offer available at your website Rs 1000/- discount was available upon using the VISA credit card, On account of above, I use that offer & it was successful ,but when made the payment same was not reflected & a sum of Rs 11900/- was deducted in place of Rs 10900/- .
            After making numerous calls on 01.08.2012 to your Toll free no, I requested to kindly cancel my order if the offer of Rs 1000/- is not available, even after lot of assurances from your customer care executives ,the order was dispatched from your end on 02.08.2012.
            This is to inform you that I made almost 15 calls to your toll free no , and every time I was assured that ,they will revert back, but iam amazed to see that it was not.
            Today when I made call to your toll free no, your executives told me processing charges +5% shall be deducted from your amount after receipt of the courier from my end.
            Iam horrified to see that you people have no customer oriented policy, iam feeling nowhere& cheated, I was getting the same mobile at lower rate, but now I shall be paying more.
            This is my first and last purchase with you, I will never recommend your website to anybody, further Iam thinking of moving to District Consumer will make people aware not to go for www.sulekha.com.

              Hi,

              I have attended an interview couple of days back in Sulekha –Egmore opp to Commissioner office, I had never seen such a HR person throughout my career, where they ill-treated the candidates as slave and as if we are jobless and as a only option we came for this interview. They make us to sit for whole day and the HR lady never bother that people has to report back to their work. What made me to write in this forum is the RECEPTIONIST, who doesn’t speak politely and even the receptionist lady treated us as a school kid irrespective of our work experience. I think this is how they even treat the employees of Sulekha... and after attending interview I heard that there is no job security in Sulekha... So people who wants to work in a good atmosphere pls dont even try attending interviews in Sulekha, its waste of time and energy and of course a leave or permission from the current employer.

              I was employee of this company. This company is the worst company i evere seen worst company . If you got chance to work there . Dont loose your carrier. And they not given my half month salary too when they lay off . False promise given to me . They promised to give full month salary but not given.
              It is the worst company i have never seen which dont have moral values they cheated me and didnt even bother to respond for the complaint

                I have bought a nokia x2-01 (red) from the online market through www.Sulekha.Com on 02 july 2012 and paid rs 3342 via net banking. My order ID sul[protected], after some days when I go through my sulekha profile, the order was cancelled, without any intimation form www.Sulekha.Com no call or not even through email. Than I called on deals help line no.[protected], but the answer was not satisfactory and my sum of amount rs 3342/- Still not refunded.

                I hope after reading this complaint, no body goes with sulekha.Com.

                  This is with reference to CANON SX150IS Camera I ordered from Sulekha.com on 12th June.
                  Order No. : SUL[protected].
                  Following things which had to be given with the camera were not there:
                  1) Battery Charger
                  2) Carry Case
                  3) 4GB card
                  I reported this within 5 minutes of receipt of the courier and registered the complaint.
                  The complaint ID is : SLT[protected]
                  I received the order on 14th June and logged the complaint same day. Till now, after endless calls and mails, I have not received anything except “Our logistics team is working on it”.
                  I am fed up of these people.

                    I have ordered a Samsung galaxy s3 with sulekha deals on 5th June, and till now the item has not been delivered to me. When ever i call up the customer care center the only responce that i get from them is that it is under process. Constantly telling that for many days .

                    Last Wednesday(20/06/2012) they called up saying that the item will be shipped on friday(22/02/2012) without any delay. But Friday also it didn’t get shipped and the reason that they say is that there is some color shortage and told they will ship it on Saturday itself if i opt for pebble blue instead of white. I oped for that.

                    But on monday(25/06/2012) when i called them up they are telling that it will be shipped in another 2 days. No reasons as such for the delay. And the customer care executive is like we will let you know of the update in 3 days of time.

                    I called up the customer care today(26/06/012) morning and they have told that the product is shipped yesterday and they are waiting for the airway number, and everything will be intimated to me by evening.

                    Evening i have called them again to inquire the status and i got a response from them that the product is yet to be shipped. Are they making fool of the customers??

                    I have paid a sum of 35,000 to sulekha and waiting for around 23 days now and still no proper update.!!

                    I am a person who buy’s majority of my stuff online. I have had trust on every online site i have purchased from, and none of them has disappointed me like this.

                    With the experience that i am having i don’t think i will come back to sulekha or even recommend sulehka to anyone now.

We had limited stocks of the white color and hence offered the Blue as we anticipated further delay in procuring your chosen color variant ( white). The stocks arrived later than expected and hence the delay. Your product has already been shipped on June 26th.

                        I have given a order of Nokia Asha 200 on www.deals.sulekha.com order number : SUL[protected] by making online payment through Credit Card on 16th June, 2012. He had given a confirmation that my order will be delivered on or before 25th June, 2012. But my order was not delivered on time then I have called his customer care number, He said that your order is declined due to purchase of more times by you. But on my login on sulekha shows that my order is success.

                        I have asked about my payment he told me that your payment is refunded on 16th June, 2012 itself. I have also sent many emails but he has replied once that my refund is processed. But till now on 25th June,2012 my refund is not reflecting in my Credit Card Account. So peoples please don't buy products from this type of fraud website.

                          Hello,
                          I ordered camera Canon Powershot S100 from sulekha.com on 1st of June. Today is 25th of June. Customer support constantly claiming in to be shipped on 11th (without ANY update in the system and without ANY delivery phone number or tracking number). Every call I'm told that "We'll contact to our Logistics Team later, now it's not possible, they are on lunch / it's the end of the day / it's just not possible now." On the request to talk to manager I'm usually told that he is not available or, again, at lunch or leave or meeting.
                          It's very clear that that shop (at least regarding my order and many others according to the internet) is complete fraud and deception and whole personnel is very aware of that. I've been told that refund is available in 15 working days which I don't believe also. I'm sure they'll do whatever they can to not give me any money back as well as product I ordered.

                          Please, I would really apreciate it if anybody advises me where exactly I need to go to file a case against that thieves. I want to get full refund and also compensation for moral damages because a lot of my travel (I'm from different country, was working in TCS for around a year and now it's time to see whole country before leaving it) depended on that camera which I didn't get at all. I'm going to get it to the very end and hoping to close that business once and for all, for the future deceived buyers.
                          Currently I'm in Kolkata but I will be in Mumbai and Delhi quite soon so I can go to police or courts there if needed. In most other big cities I can also provide documents and ask my friends to deliver it to police if needed.

                            Hello, We Animatix Computer Education, had an ongoing portal with the said company sulekha.com, since last six months. We had complained to them about less leads receival from last one month, previously the leads flow was around 10 to 15 leads daily, which had dropped to 2 to 3 leads. We continuosly complaint about this to their concern person an even to their manager in charge, but all in vain, in june they called us saying that you take another contract by which the leads would increase, and i[censored] make a payment by credit card it will be live with in a day, an i[censored] make cheque payment it will take atlest a week time for contract to start/live. Since we were continuosly losing our bussines we thought of payment by credit card for quick starting of the cont. On 12jun we made the payment by credit card, since then we are regulary having follow up with their mumbai office, they just relive us by saying it will start by tomorrow, but as said tomorrow never comes, they just goes on passing days and these is a season time for education industry an we are losing the customer/leads even after the payment. Also since last 2 to 3 days they have stoped receiving the calls we have tried even with the br mgr but all in vain. We dont know what is this company into, are the making fraud with our money, or been going to closedown, or playing gimmics with the client first to decress their leads and again sell new product in difèrent name and charge more money for the same and harass their client with false commitment and do not pick up the phones. We are losing in all the ways bussines, time, money and commitment. In such a case whom shall we contact or raise our voice too.

                              before taking the payment Shalu Lamba[protected] called and spoke nicely but now
                              after taking the money no response. He gave me a Yellow pages Order Form, its order no. is 163352.

                              am suganthan, last month i got sai bhaba packers and movers details from sulekha.they take my goods to nagercoil but still they does not deliver my property.i complait in sulekha but they does not respect my complaint.

                                  I the sole proprietor of cars unlimited had opted for the services of sulekha.Com for listing my cars on their website for sale in the month of the march. The coordinator from their end was mr. Rakesh pandey. I had categorically mentioned to him that I would want 8 pictures instead of 6. He had promised me the same and hence I issued a cheque on 28-03-12 for rupees 10,000/-. Following this I mailed the cars picture to the team. Post this I received a call saying that they will have to crop the pictures as the image size was large as compared to required by you all. However the cropped pictures uploaded by their team were of very poor quality.
                                  Hence I communicated the same to mr. Rakesh pandey. He promised me that he would get this rectified and revert back. I am still waiting for him to revert back. I have made innumerable calls to him which have gone unanswered. After repeated attempts of calling, he said that he will do the needful but DID not deliver till date.
                                  The promises of the services have just been mere verbal promises and not been transformed into deliverable.
                                  I have been using many internet portals like cardekho, carwale, etc.. none of these sites have had such limitations. On saturday 26th may 2012, mr. Rakesh pandey called to inform that he will pay a visit to my office on monday, 28th may 2012, with his manager to resolve the grievances. Today saturday, 2st june 2012, and mr. Rakesh pandey has yet not been able to visit my office with his manager nor have I received any calls for the same.

                                    I do agree with above issue. I had also pathetic experience with one of the packers & movers listed on SULEKHA Yellow Pages.

                                    They will give option to raise bad experience and that is never going to appear.

                                    Sulekha is not heling raising this negative feedback.

                                    So, PLEASE DON'T TRUST RATINGS ON SULEKHA.

                                      .I ordered a Motorola RAZR XT910 mobile phone from Sulekha.com on 18th May 2012 Order No:SUL[protected].I got the shipping information.The last date of delivery was-25th May 2012.I got no response on repeatedly sending emails regarding the delivery of the item.When i called them up they only said the same thing "we have shipped the product you will get it in 2days".on 1st June i recieved a phone call from a sulekha.com representative who said that the phone is not available in their stocks which means they provided fake shipping information.When i asked for refund they told me that they are trying to do it ASAP and i have still not got my cash back.....

                                        I had ordered a mobile phone through Sulekha.com vide Order No. SUL[protected] on 28th May. Their site keeps saying that Order Status is "Being Processed". I have written several e-mails to them verifying whether they have adequate stock and whether they will deliver, however, they keep saying that in case it will not be shipped, we will refund your money. This is not the way to do business. You cannot dupe customers by making false promises regarding your ability to deliver your orders and then just brush them off by refunding the money.

                                        I am sure now that they are going to cancel my order on the date of delivery i.e. 4/6/12 citing stock issues. No other online retailer does this and every site now has the cash on delivery facility available but sulekha.com. They are just using our funds without paying any interest and this is a way of harassing customers and nothing else.

                                        I request sulekha.com to get their act together and start respecting their customers otherwise they are going to pay heavy price for their flawed business strategies.
