I recharged my sun direct account no: [protected] on 11.07.2019 through gpay upi transaction. The amount is detected from my account (Standard chartered) and paid successfully. But the amount is not credited to sun direct or reverted back to my bank account till now. I am Shankar T G I have recharged on sun direct.on recharge DPO1 Kannada 3 month pack rs 590 but not recharged on sun direct .The amount is credet to citrus solutions limited .So Ihave already recharged o sun direct .Please give me the credited amount 590 .
