Sunflame Enterprises — Sunflame chimney, model no. Innova 90 auto clean dx ss gc

I purchased a sunflame chimney, model no. Innova 90 auto clean dx ss gc - from your dealer kahan agencies, 2 lal bazar street, kolkata-700 001 on 21.10.2021 vide invoice no. Ka/21/10/0388/sf for rs. 15, 778/- and also paid rs.550/- extra for installation on 30.10.2021 to dealer’s installation agent, call in service vide invoice no. 399, dated 30.10.2021.
The person who installed the chimney did not do it properly - 1. Installed the chimney in bend condition which was brought to his notice and both he and his dealer’s installation agent accepted the fault but could not rectify.
Days after complaining about both the above mentioned issues and the incident mentioned above, second time another person visited but again did nothing except advising me to get another aluminium hose pipe of 10 feet and was not willing to install the company supplied hose pipe and left everything unattended. According to him the pipe provided by the company is of not good quality and would not last long if installed. Instead advised me to get another aluminium hose pipe of 10 feet which would cost me again rs. 1500 plus installation charges (which i need to pay him again). When i argued about the installation charge (since i have already paid before), he just mentioned that this is how is business is and this is how his model works.
When we again complained about this to the dealer, kahan agencies, this time they sent us another person but this time also he said he has not come to install the hose pipe but again for inspection and report it to his boss and if he also installs the hose pipe, then extra charge is to be paid to him too. When informed that i have already paid for full installation, he too argued and left without installation and asked me to talk to boss for any other work to be done.
It’s been more than a month your product has been delivered to me and still lying as a show piece hanging at my kitchen. I personally feel that i am completely at loss since i preferred sunflame over several other brands available in the market. Request your sincerity and urgency to please look into my complaint and resolve the issue on priority. In case my complaint is not attended on priority and to my satisfaction, pl note that i shall be left with no option but to drag the matter in appropriate forum.
Copies of purchase invoice and bill for installation charges paid attached for your reference.
