I have purchased an superflame iron on 30 dec 2015 from csd canteen. On 17 dec 17 i was using it, suddenly electric wire of iron started burning. I had approached to your websight but could not get any response. Customer department of your company gave me some numbers of authorise service centers but they refuse to solve my issue. Item is also in under warranty. Item sl no is[protected]. Plz solve my problem.
