With due respect I would like to say that I am a subscriber of Sunflame Pvt. Ltd. These subscriber name was Mr. PROSENJIT ROY and docket no is 18NC70 on 12/03/2018.
I inform you sir that I bought a Sun-flame 3 burner glass top gas oven from GAS OVEN HOUSE at kanchrapara on 21/06/2017. But after cooking in the afternoon I can see that the gas burner has become red spot around on 18/03/2018.Then in the evening I went to the shop at kanchrapara and I told about the gas burner. The shop owner provide me a number on sunflame service center. These no is [protected].Next day I am calling these no and I told about this problem. She hear and she gave me a docket no and It has been said from the service center that within one week, An engineer will visit to your home.

Technician visited to my home in the evening on 17/03/2018. These technician name was Arjit Banik and his phone no is [protected]. At first he saw this problem then he replied me that Do not wear this issue on your warranty card of sunflame. Even he gave me a phone no of manager who's name is subhadra. this phone no is [protected]. He told me that do not wear this issue on your warranty card of sunflame but told me that Changes in color are not covered in the warranty card where it is written?

Yesterday I am calling to shyamnagar service center of sunflame. This no is [protected] . Madam receive the phone and she told me that within two week your problem has been solve but I am not sure Then I am calling Mr. Malay and his designation is General Manager of West bengal. His mobile no is [protected]. He receive the call and replied to me within one week your problem has been solve but I want to give a prof . After that he told me I can't give any prof. so He disconnect the call. After I am calling head-office of sunflame at haryana. These no is[protected] but I am no response also I am calling rekha madam and her mobile no is [protected]. she can't receive my phone even she reject my call. I am waiting within Three week but company's employer no response till now today

you will return my money of 9945/- only.

If you don't solve my problem then I want to force a decesian that Sunflame Pvt company is very very Fraud and cheat.

I called the Mr. Malay who's designation is General Manager of West bengal to know the my Sunflame Complaint on 04/04/2018. His mobile no is [protected]. He said to me You bought a Sun-flame 3 burner Crystal gas oven from the shop. The shopkeeper will change the gas oven to you. I asked him Mr. Malay why this problem has happened? But he could not say anything for this matter. Also I asked him Mr.Malay If this difficulty is again again then what can I do sir ? Mr.Malay told me that this is my responsibility that gas oven would be changed to me but if warranty period will be expired then what can i do sir? Mr.malay could not say anything for these question.

I am calling head-office of sunflame at haryana on 04/04/2018. These no is[protected] but I am get no response also I am calling rekha madam and her mobile no is [protected] on 04/04/2018. she can't receive my phone even she reject my call. I am waiting within Three week but company's employer no response till now today.

I want to get the refund of the amount of Rs 9945/- as soon as possible.
If you don't solve my problem then I want to force a decesian that Sunflame Pvt company is very very Fraud and cheat.

I will be forced to make a case in consumer court to the Sunflame Pvt company. I can see that who will win the case.
