Be very very careful before buying any property by fraud or cheater SVS Sudheer Babu @ SUDHEER BABU SOLLIETY VENKATA SATHYA S/o Lakshminarayana.
He opens new companies and cheats people. He creates two orignals and surrenders one original with financial associates and are not entered in Book I where usually u see. As he pledges the bulk property, individual sites are not visible with EC or etc. Be careful

He is providing untraceable address for new project. He is doing business with outsourced companies like NANDI developers, Modi Road, Rajajinagar address etc. Where you deal with his associates and get cheated.

I am also done investment long back in lake mist project.SVS sudheer babu cheated me like anything.i tried to recover my funds but he never lift calls nor do the settlement.he is enjoying his life with our money.I approached his office but every time its closed and no response.

Sudheer kumar gurram is just an office boy. His relative sanjiv rao is also similar. This guy has created all these to benifit himself. I am the initial bakra for him followed by all these bakra's. However, all my loyalty paid the heavy price to a fraud.
