I am your customer Amarjeet, and I had placed an order through your service on the Swiggy app. My order number is #[protected], dated 4th September 2026, time: 09:56 PM. The delivery boy for the order was Mukesh, whose mobile number is [protected].
I tried contacting the delivery boy several times, but he repeatedly did not pick up the phone. After that, I contacted the customer service number (Circle of Crust[protected], where I was told that my order is still being processed and has not been delivered yet. Since Swiggy's delivery boy has not arrived yet, there is a delay. They then gave me a number, which was Mukesh's number, [protected], and when I tried contacting that number, I ended up speaking to a woman. She said that our delivery boy's vehicle had broken down, which is why your parcel is delayed. I asked, ma'am, where is your office? She said in Uttam Nagar, but it takes so much time to go to the Circle of Crust shop, and I asked how much time it would take While taking orders, a person came from behind. His name was Mukesh. He used abusive language, insults, and foul words. He cursed at me saying things like 'your mother...', 'your sister...', 'prostitute, pimp, ' etc. He threatened to kill me, and if a delivery boy uses such language, what will happen to the customer? He has frightened me. I request you to take strict action immediately regarding this matter. How many customers must be facing problems because of such behavior? Appropriate action should be taken against this person (Mukesh) so that no customer faces such an incident in the future. If I feel any inconvenience or threat, proper action should be taken against Mukesh. Please take the necessary action on this complaint and inform me of the steps taken in this matter. Thank you.
