[Resolved]  Swiggy — Complaint Regarding Damaged and Delayed Order Request for Full Refund

Dear Team Swiggy,

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my recent order placed via your platform.

The order was delivered more than an hour late, and unfortunately, the cold drink was completely spilled inside the packaging. Due to this, the entire meal became soggy and inedible.

This is extremely disappointing, as I expect better service and proper handling of food orders. Both the delay and the poor packaging have resulted in a bad experience.

I request you to kindly look into this matter and process a full refund for this order at the earliest.

I am not satisfied with the ?160 coupon offered for this issue.

The cake I received was severely damaged during delivery. The entire topping/decorative work had shifted from its original position, making the cake look completely different from what I ordered. I have already uploaded clear photographs as proof.

The actual value of the cake is ?606, so a ?160 coupon is not an appropriate resolution for a damaged product of this value.

I am requesting a proper refund/compensation for the damaged cake. Please escalate this complaint to a senior support representative or the relevant resolution team instead of offering the same ?160 coupon.

Please review the photographs and the order details and provide an appropriate resolution.
