[Resolved]  Swiggy — Complaint Regarding Damaged and Delayed Order Request for Full Refund

Dear Team Swiggy,

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my recent order placed via your platform.

The order was delivered more than an hour late, and unfortunately, the cold drink was completely spilled inside the packaging. Due to this, the entire meal became soggy and inedible.

This is extremely disappointing, as I expect better service and proper handling of food orders. Both the delay and the poor packaging have resulted in a bad experience.

I request you to kindly look into this matter and process a full refund for this order at the earliest.
