Swiggy — Order not satisfied on time and the price already paid in full

I placed an order today at 12.15 AM from Chettinad Oota restaurant. The order was 2 Chettinad Biriyanis that was about 264rs with the offers. The restaurant is placed at about 3.5km from myself. Since I am in a boys hostel at M.S Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, I am not able to directly go buy the food but can collect the orders that come through Swiggy. After 2.5hours of waiting, still i didn't get my food. I request a full refund from the company's side. From the beginning till the 2.5 hours mark, Its been showing only 2 min for the order to be fulfilled. I attempted to call the delivery agent about 4 times at which the person didn't attend the call. I will attach the screenshots of the order and the chats between me and the helpline.
