Swiggy — Missing items in order and no customer support

After receiving the order, I noticed that some items were missing from the package. Despite being charged for the full order, the delivery did not include all the items I had paid for.

I immediately contacted Swiggy customer support through the in-app chat. Unfortunately, the support executive was unhelpful and refused to connect me to a senior representative when requested. The chat was abruptly closed without resolving the issue or providing a satisfactory explanation. This behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
