I placed an order for Winter Gloves (Size L) on 12/01/2026 and made a payment of ₹249 on the same day. However, the order status is still showing as “Order Placed, ” and the product has not been delivered even after 15 days.

Kindly check the current status of the order and confirm when the product will be delivered.
