I am writing to raise a complaint regarding an issue I faced with my recent order placed on 09/04/2026 at 9:49 PM (Order No. [protected]).
At around 10:10 PM, I received a call from the delivery partner requesting me to cancel the order from my end. However, when I attempted to cancel the order through the app, it showed that I would not receive any refund.
I immediately contacted customer support through the help section and requested either:
A change of delivery partner, or
Cancellation of the order with a full refund
Unfortunately, the support team neither agreed to change the delivery partner nor allowed cancellation with a refund.
This situation is highly unfair. I did not make any mistake, and I should not be forced to bear a financial loss due to the delivery partner’s request or inability to complete the delivery.
I request you to:
Investigate this issue thoroughly
Take appropriate action against the delivery partner
Provide a full refund for the order
If this issue is not resolved at the earliest, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the consumer grievance authorities.
