Dear Swiggy Support Team,

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding Order #[protected] placed from Sri Madurai Arasi Poratta Kadai on 29 May 2026.

I ordered Chicken 65 Boneless x 2 along with Bun Parotta. However, the chicken delivered was not boneless as mentioned in the order. Instead, I received chicken pieces with bones, which is different from what I paid for.

Additionally, the food quality was extremely poor. The dish contained mostly bone pieces with very little meat and did not match the description or quality expected from a Chicken 65 Boneless order. The food was unsatisfactory and not fit for the standard advertised on the platform.

Since the delivered item did not match the order description and the food quality was unacceptable, I request a full refund for this order. I have attached the order details and can provide photographs of the food as evidence.

Kindly review the issue and process the refund at the earliest.

Updated by reeganrmartin I ordered Chicken 65 Boneless x 2 along with 2 Bun Parottas. However, I did not receive the 2 Bun Parottas that were part of my order.

The food quality was also extremely poor. The dish contained mostly bone pieces with very little meat and did not match the description or quality expected from a Chicken 65 Boneless order. The food was unsatisfactory and far below the standard advertised on the platform.

Therefore, this order involved missing items, incorrect items being delivered, and poor food quality. I request a full refund for this order. I can provide photographs of the food as evidence.
