Swiggy — Denying refund

I placed order on swiggy with order ID [protected], on 11th July.
In this order 2 items were missing and immediately i raised complaint on SWIGGY help centre and they himself closed that chat saying will investigate matter and update me. But now they are denying to refund my payment. NO direct call complaint is possible.. So i want to take a strict action against SWIGGY as they are not accepting its delivery partner mistake, and asking me to adjust this time..
