Swiggy — food delivery hyderabad

While ordering the food in swiggy it is showing that food will be delivered in 32 minutes but even after 1 hour also it was been not getting delivered,
This was the fourth time i was facing this issue with this swiggy food delivery app
For example today i ordered food at 1.05pm and it shows that it will delivered in 32 mins but at present the time is 1.36 and still it is showing 22mins does it mean 31 minutes for us is equal to 10mins for them or what??

Does time means so value for them or what??

Why they are showing the wrong timings when they are not able to deliver by that time.

These people are complete fraud, they are charging extra money than what was shown on the payment page and when you ping them to resolve them, then they maje excuses like we had technical problem and please contact us after 2 days. When contacted after 2 days they make excuses instead of resolving it.

And on top of that when uh talk to the customer care and try to explain the problem they end the chat from their side without asking or resolving your problem.
Name of the support person was Alankrita Raj.
My oder timeing is 10.30 and now time is 12.15 and I don't gate my odar and now i m so hungry. Cancel my order and refund my payment. Your order time period is 40min now 2 hours and i m so hungry now. And all market are close now
I ordered a order on 9:35-9:45 PM and i got a call from swiggy rider on 11:45-11:50 PM he said that he got this order before 10 minutes before when he called us... Worstest service ever.I am preffering to everyone that dont make an order on swiggy.
I ordered from swiggy, the guy who picked my order was in Borivali and I was in Wadala, so I cancelled my order, and swiggy charged me 60 rupees for their fault.
My ID is 468197, my hub location is garia, I ordered properly according to my time schedule 9 to 5 but they not provide any MG and incentives. They cheat all delivery partner.
Hub never respond on call and hub behaviour is very bad.
Please help and focus in MG and incentives, which they not provide.

the restaurant did not confirmed the order neither any delivery executive is assigned..
its been 2hours
take some immidiate actions
I had ordered from rolls on weels n I've not received my complete order ... They Hve missed out on the items I've ordered
