I placed order on swiggy for ice-cream but not delivered and status is showing delivered.
“The order was never delivered to me. The status was incorrectly updated as delivered." I tried to call delivery guy since 9 pm (tentative schedule of delivery) but neither he was answering my call nor delivering my order. When I raised this concern till 11.48 it was showing delayed, but system was neither allowing me to cancel the order nor delivering. So, I thought after deadline it will be automatically canceled but next day after completing my morning routine when I checked status it's showing delivered how come status of ice-cream delivery can be updated as delivered almost after 12 hrs. when customer already raised concern of not delivering till late night. When escalated through mail I received this reply.

Our restaurant partners insist on a quick feedback loop for them to jump into action; we will as an exception share this feedback.
Having said that, we'll not be in a position to accommodate any monetary adjustments at this time.

Chats can be referred where it's clear that the order was not delivered till midnight but morning status updated as delivered.
As there is no authentication like OTP delivery guys are fearless before updating wrong status and company like swiggy is looting customers like us. if we cancel any order, they charge us cancellation fees but due to non-delivery of food i got embarrassed but for them no penalty and not even they are refunding my money.
