Swiggy — logging out from other devices or disabling the account

Someone else is using my swiggy account, i am trying either to log out from that other device or just delete my account.
I wrote them an email about the issue and surprisingly i got a reply telling me that i will get the refund as the app crashed. What the hell, you guys dont even read properly or you have hired robots.
If you dont do this, i swear to god i will launch an fir against swiggy
