This is the first time I have faced such an unacceptable experience with Swiggy.

This was my first order, and the biggest mistake on my part was placing the order using my office number while I was extremely occupied. However, that does NOT give anyone the right to cancel my order without my consent.

The delivery partner did not speak to me, did not come to my office/gate, did not verify my identity, and simply relied on someone else’s phone response saying that there was no such order. On that basis, my prepaid order was cancelled without my permission. This is completely unacceptable.

I have received neither my product nor a proper refund. I am therefore demanding a full refund of my prepaid amount.

I have already contacted multiple support representatives, including Priya, Farheen, Akshat and Om, but I keep receiving the same copy-paste responses without any genuine resolution. This is extremely frustrating and disrespectful.

I would also like to point out that just yesterday my friend ordered a Maharaja Thali from Swiggy and even basic items were missing from the order. This clearly shows how poor the delivery and customer-service experience has become.

I am requesting the concerned senior manager/authority to personally review my case and resolve it by issuing my complete refund immediately.

If Swiggy refuses to refund my money despite the fact that I received neither the product nor a valid resolution, I will have no option but to escalate this matter through the appropriate consumer grievance/legal channels and, if required, publicly document my experience on social media.

I am giving Swiggy one final opportunity to resolve this fairly. Please do not send another copy-paste response. I need an actual resolution and my full refund.
