Swiggy — Using my email id for someone else

On 13th Nov 2025 I received an email from Swiggy regarding some food order which was placed by someone else in New Delhi, I raised an email regarding this with [protected]@swiggy.in to which they provided me complaint Id no 26665888 on 15th Nov 2025. Till date I have not received any resolution from Swiggy Team however I am receiving emails for the food order by the same person Mr Dilpreet Singh on my email ID till date.

I have requested Swiggy team no. of times for the proper resolution or to update the correct email ID of Mr Dilpreet Singh but there is no response received from the team.
Would request you to kindly, look into the matter and provide an early resolution.
