This is a serious concern which I have been facing with Swiggy off late, I think the platform is making fool out of service with customer service executive who treat you as beggars, I registered a complaint regarding a wrong item being delivered.
I orrdered for 3 items from Lunchbox restaurant, 1- Aloo Pattice, 1 Falafel and 1 Dal Khichdi
The item Dal Makhni was delivered to me instead of Dal Khichdi, I also uploaded the photos of the Bill and item delivered,
I requested for an agent to talk an agent Ruby Sharma, connected to me and she took almost 10mis to give me a resolution, she said that she will give me a voucher, which I was reluctant for and ask for a refund on a call and she showed me an attitude that she can refund as if I am begging.
I am loyal customer for Swiggy but since last 4-5 times I am facing a persistent issue of wrong deliveries and infact more frustrating is your attitudes for customer agent
We are not beggers here, you need to train your agents well else leave this travesty of customer service where genuine customers face a frustrating experience. I can very well report this to authorities and you will be taken to a task Was this information helpful? |
