I Roopkishore Tamrakar have purchase an Lenovo A 7000 Turbo (Black) order no.[protected] for the online shopping site “ www. syberplace.com ” on 17/04/216 rs. 8, 999/-which is already paid through sbi bank Debit Card NEFT - Account info Account holder: SyberPlace E Solutions P Ltd Account number: [protected] IFSC: SBIN0014676 Bank name: State Bank of India and confirmed through email [protected]@gmail.[protected]@gmail.com) with the massage to deliver the goods between 7- 13 days working days. I have not received the courier till date. They have neither replied to my emails nor any updates from the company. Phone calls also not answered by the company. Phone no of customer care [protected] time 9am-8pm AND many e-mails sends to : [protected]@syberplace.com . Wrong information on the site for the order no.[protected] as carrier tracking no. Shows invoice no.[protected] & shipment no. ecom express[protected] dated 1 st jan 12.00, without any update and further clarification about the wrong date and time. Ecom express call centre also confirm that they have not received such shipment number at all from syberplace.com PLEASE PROVIDE ME ALL CORRECT INFORMATION OTHERWISE I WILL COMPLAIN to gama.gov.in And Also sent Mails to all news channels about your fraud and consumer forum india and redy to meet in court. -- Was this information helpful? | |||||
