[Resolved] Syska Gadget Secure — handset not received after 10 months | |||||
My complaint no is:[protected] Email id: nitin. [protected]@gmail.com. My samsung s7 edge screen got cracked due to accident and a register my complaint and submitted my phone on 2 january 2017. My claimed get passed on may 28 2017 but after that i have not got any information from them regarding my phone. I call them on regular basis and got responses from them like they will contact me and i have also written so many emails to them and got no response. Till now i have not received my handset.
