Syska Gadget Secure — Misguided about terms and conditions, and fake commitment | |||||
Dear all i have purchased HTC Desire 820G+ GREY of 2 september 2015 and than one person who was belong from syska gadget secure company and he suggested me about this product .He was saying it is best product for security of your mobile phone if you will get damaged or loss you will get solution within 48 hours and only one id proof and mobile bill required for processing the claim ..but today i got accident when i was driving my bike and my phone got damaged ...than when i called customer care for complaint, they were saying it will take 45 to 90 days at repairing and your driving license will be required .so these things are not clarify when i have purchased my mobile ..please help me regarding this matter because here big fraud with the customers, including me the syska gadget secure doing fake commitment with the customers...
