Syska Gadget Secure — Samsung s6-claim no [protected] | |||
Screen of my S6 phone went blank on 12th Feb, as it was under warranty I thought Samsung should cover it, after my complaint they took 3-4 days to send someone to collect the phone and check the issue. Later as any other company they rejected mentioning this is not covered under warranty and at that stage I contacted Syska for claim registration (I didn't do it earlier as I was hoping that Samsung warranty would cover this and hence don't need to make claim from Syska ) I don't understand the logic of registration within 48 hrs, specially in this case as the upper mentioned point took some time, I think they should understand the scenario before deciding upon the matter. In absence of that these insurances are of no use. Its a big amount which I would need to spend and hence don't feel that such a clause is valid, need help.
