Syska Gadget Secure — Samsung s6 : complaint about dealing the repair complaint

The complaint is generated after multiple attempts of speaking on syska helpline & sending them several mails regarding the problem we are facing in the process of phone damage insurance claim.

I took the syska insurance for samsung s6 phone & in around march 2016 i requested for the damage claim, in that process everything was okay, my papers were accepted and i was asked to sumbit my phone as per there policy to get it repaired. But the time they asked for the phone to be submitted i was out of station due to which i could not submit my phone & the damage claim complaint was closed. So that makes it very clear that no phone was submitted and no repair was done.

Now (14th sept 2016 compalint no. [protected]) again when my phone screen was damaged i contacted the syska team to ask.. Opt. 1 can my previous complaint be reopened and can i submit my phone under that complained as i could never take that claim or opt.2 what is the procedure to give a new claim complaint. There and then i was told to make a new complaint as the previous claim was already closed, with again submitting the whole story & papers.

I did all that, called and reported the incident, uploaded all the documents and story on syska gadget secure website. And on approval of that i was asked to courier all these documents & damages photos on there pune address which i did on 26th sept 2016.

After all that, i got the message from syska to submit our phone to the syska team who came to my house and took the phone. (8 oct 2016:phone given reciept screenshot attached). Later i started recieving messages of the "some docunents are not complete and due to which the claim will not ve proceeded with the documents mentioned under tye same message, which i had already submitted" (Screenshot attached) we called several times on syska helpline and told them the complete story that when there was no phone submitted then from where should we generate a invoice of repair??!! They had no answer for that and kept on saying we need an invoice then only we will proceed... I told them several time that how can a invoice be generated of something which is not even repaired... They asked to mail that too, i wrote a mail. Mailed them several times... But no response, noe my phone is with them for 2 weeks and i am asked to send them invoice of previous repair which do not even exist!

The syska team is not at all cooperative or are helping us find a solution and only stuck on previous claim invoice... I am fully fed up telling the same story to many syska employees as they do not check the latest updates and keep calling to ask for previous invoice... I have told each one of them several time that kindly check my mails to syska that explains the whole scenario but still they insist to hear the whole story from me and keep the phone saying we will now check the mail and revert in 48hrs... That has never happened and my phone is still with them... I am stuck with a damaged phone kept with them with no repair that they would do.. And they simply end up saying, if you want your phone write us a mail (Again) to send your phone back... I am wondering what kind of help is this when you are putting your customer in so much trouble and what are the syska employees sitting there to call us for? When they cant simply convey a message and for every small thing i have to writr a mail and for that also i dont get any replies!!!

So the complaint is against the syska insurance company for making all this as a joke, troubling the customer, without tallying the old records i am forced to generate an invoice of a repair that never happened as i never submitted my phone & due to which has stopped the procedure of my current phone repair claim and still have the phone with them and keep asking us to either mail the invoice or mail for your phone return without repair.

Hope i get a solution & all these efforts bring in a positive result.

P. S : as per all the documents & screenshots, it was nowhere mentioned that the reciept of previous claim is a mandatory document to submit, and when they took our phone then they are calling and telling to submit the invoice of repair, which did not even happen as no phone was submitted.

I bought set of 6 LED syska bulbs from paytm a month ago, after one month, its not working...know one is rplying, customer care number is for no use...I shouldn't buy any syska products, biggest mistake I shopped online...they have poor customer support..
