Syska Gadget Secure — samsung s8/ unsatisfied with the customer care communications | |||
My name is denish hamirani.. I have submitted my phone samsung s8 which is damaged from screen edge on 1/11/2017 to syska insurance for claim. But i'm highly unsatisfied with the customer care communication. I'm not getting proper informations of my phone from the company side. And neither they disclose the information about product if i contact them on my behalf. They are not even telling that on which date i will be getting my phone. It's been more than 45 days.
