Kind attention — -ceo, syska Sir, Two defective bulbs under waranty were picked up from my house on 4-2-20and returned only one bulb 12-2-20. Customer care told me that 2 bulbs were picked up from my home, as mentioned in pick up slip, but ware house has received only one bulb. Sir, the pick up agency is companies agency, ware house is under their control. Its non of my fault.
