We ordered a kurti from tailorvala.com on aug 4, 2019. Today we received the package through blue dart courier service. The item that we received is totally different what we ordered. Company is making fool to the people. They don't have any proper number or contact details on the site as well. Also while submitting the online request for return and refund, it doesn't give any ticket#. Please advise. Was this information helpful? | |||||

The same thing happened with me also. They are such a cheat. The customer care is of no use. And they don't respond to the complaint email also.

Received the order yesterday, but when I opened the parcel the dress is different from which I had ordered.

Please return my money the product have been change and it has been a worst product this site has been cheated us. You give my mobey back or else I'll will complain to the Complaint forum then you handle what it will happen
No1 fraud company n...i guess ...they are selling the worst and old torn out products and fooling people ...plzz my friends do not get in to such traps...they are cheaters no refunding will be there or exchanging we are waiting for the past 1 month .Many of our fellow friends have got cheated by this company so called TAILOR WALA...
