Talwalkars Fitness Solution — gym shutdown - membership fee not refunded

Hi,

I joined talwalkars gym in mira rd, mumbai on 16-sept-2019. Took a complete one year membership by paying rs. 10300/-

However since jan 1 until now the gym is closed. They put up a notice saying the gym is under maintenance until 15-jan-2020. However there is no maintenance going on and today when i went to check even the notice has been removed and they are not even receiving calls.

This is a complete case of fraud and i would like my membership fee refunded as i did not utilize the membership even for 4 months.

Please help.

Me n my husband took 1 year membership, now there is no electricity no staff no cleaning at the facility ( pimplesaudagar branch). Can you please return our remaining 8 month money. Being a brand atleast we can expect this. Reach me at [protected]
