Hi,

We have newly constructed house in Sembakkam 2 years and applied for new housing tax last 2 months back, but I didnt get any update from Sembakkam Municaplity office.

Now they are telling like we have to apply it again.

Just to get money from us they are not processing and so lethargic

If incase any penalty or any discripency I am not responsible and Sembakkam Municipality people is resposible.

    Hi, I am residing at 2nd Street, Bharathi nagar, old perungalathur. Near my house there are two plots where the water is stagnant due to heavy rain.
    It gives bad odour as well as we are facing lot of mosquito Menace.

      Hi Team,

      This is to bring for your kind attention that the door to door garbage collector was absent for past 5 days. Garbage collecting truck was not arrived for past 5 days. I'm residing at Vembuliamman Kovil 4th street, Gowrivakkam. There is no specific space or Garbage bin in our locality. So please look into this and make necesarry arrangement to happen daily.

      I would request the authorities concerned to collect the garbage regularly.

        Sir/Madam, Due to road digging activity in 3, Arul Murugan Nagar Main Road - ward 15- Keelkattalai (opp Arignar Anna Park), the road in front of our house gate has been dug and posing a life threat to senior citizens to come out of house, severely hindering vehicular movement and pedestrian movement across the gate especially for senior citizens, Request you to please rectify and level the ground, so as to not hamper movement to/from house. As this pit has been dug right in front of our house gate, senior citizens not able to come out of house. And movement is restricted for residents and vehicles. Please close the pit at the earliest,

          I visit last week Tambaram municipality due to my daughter birth certificate but still I didn't get the certificate... They simply saying server down... Technology is increased but still why govt server slow ? Why the government being lethargic ??

            Hello Sir, I live in Sastha Nagar, Old Pallavaram, Chennai 117. I would like to report that there is no Dustbin present for almost 5 streets together. No proper water drainage available due to which water is getting stagnant. These are making hygiene and health issues. Causing water borne diseases and mosquito is getting increased day by day due to improper dumping of waste. Children are highly affected. Hence raising this issue here. I hope the issue will be acknowledged soon and provide us dustbin and better water draining facility in our area. Thank you.

              While I have paid Property Tax and SUC up to date, I am unable to make online payments for water charges and drainage charges as tnurbanepay website is opening but not prompting for payments.

              Further to my complaint, yesterday, today I am able to make payment of Drainage Charges. I am not able to get access for payment of water charges.

                I’m residing in 4- G2, Haro villa, Club road, Salomon street, East Tambaram. It’s been more than 8 year that the road is broken for the underground drainage work. It’s a great threat to the public to walk over the street or drive any vehicle. Kindly take necessary action against this.

                    In our street (2nd cross street, Thirumalai Nagar, old perungalathur-600063) the streetlight is not working from yesterday please repair it as soon as possible and also right now street people were switching on the light and there are small children in our street, so please make the streetlight to switch on automatically after evening with a sensor in the light.                         We reside in giri gori street pammal. The garbage collection vehicle is not coming to our area daily. No bins provided in street. Garbage collection people collect garbage only once in a week days (We are not sure when they will come). People are throwing garbage in the streets near empty land because of that. When you advise throwing garbage is not healthy, what about keeping and living with same inside the house. Advise your concerned staff and arrange to collect daily basis.
                        Another issue is even they come they come to collect the garbage after 11am. As you know most of the people leave for work early by 8 am. Nobody will be available to dispose the garbage at 11am or after. I request you to look in to the matter so that we can keep the area clean together.

                            We resident at Arul Nagar (East Irumbuliyur)
                            There are more than 30 Dogs in the single geography,
                            We are not able to drive the two wheelers in the arul nagar.
                            Some of the dogs are in high motivation on the opposite gender dogs, those dogs are making the extreme issue on barking and bites.

                            We people of arul nager requesting you to clear those dogs and make the people free from the street dogs atrocities.

                            Night time dog barking noise is making us to the extreme pressure.

                                  There are lot of stray dogs roaming in our street which seems threatening to children and creating disturbances to every one. People cant sleep properly in the night times.. It is jumping over the compound walls and polluting the household properties.. Even it is going to every houses stairs and stays there itself.. We are very disturbed of these dogs.. Please take the necessary action to this issue as soon as possible..

                                    Tambaram west, gandhi road where the sir&lady venkata subba rao school has located, that road has lot of deep holes and the roads in a pathetic condition. This definitely needs a repair and relaying of new road for the convenience for the public. This road brings lot of accidents and pollution that affects health of the public. Having a school road with that level of damage brings a lot of inconvenience while traveling. This needs to have quick effective measure. Please help as soon as possible

                                        We have garbage filled inside our apartment and the person who clears the garbage is not clearing it. When requested she told that van needs to come, but it is not all coming. We have requested several times, but she is doing it. We have rats and snakes inside that. We are afraid as kids play near that.please help to clear it.
