In all the TASMAC OUTLETS Before CORONA they were charging Rs5 per quarter which has been increased to Rs.10 per quarter.

There is no one to complain this excess collections and the concerned Management is also silent as I heard that there is share in the collections

Poor persons money should not be swallowed by the persons working in the company like this

Today I purchased Qty 4 Brandy bottles as below

But I was charged ₹5670/- ie ₹240 extra

While I'm going to purchase the liquor that sales man asking extra money for bottle.

Today I purchased 4 bottles of 750 ml signature whisky which costs Rs880 per bottle asper MRP rate but i forced to pay Rs3600 additional excess Rs 80 collected with no reasons and when i asked the tasmac staff why you are collecting additional amount he said he is getting very less salary Rs9000/month and also he as to pay for offloading the Tasmac products and he said from bottom to top official knows the concern so we no need to care or bother for anything. I am surprised Tasmac is earning 80 to 100 croces sale per day but there is no Billing system and why these Tasmac staffs begging for additional money from public.

Today is the first day of salem district, started tasmac. In my location tasmac(7147) they collect extra 60 ruppes for a liquor. How can we adjust this kind of corruption. If you not take any action about this matter, we will start protest against this with in 2 days.

We live in Karadikudi, Vellore. Our residence is at the main road. Nearby there is a fried rice shop and next to it a godown kinda building. Alcohol is being sold there without any TASMAC board and people flood there in the evening times and create nuisance to nearby houses and break bottles nearby.

When there is a hike in petrol and diesel everyone make protests.tasmac which is the highest earner of revenue in tamilnadu for which all the liquors are getting standard extra charges of 10 ₹per 180ml of liquor or one beer, whether it's a can or bottle.i can see lot of complaints and why not even action take on this.may be liquor is injurious to Health and every country in the world is selling except few countries.its a luxury item.it doesn't give rights to sell them mire than higher mrp. If a shop sells a soap more than mrp even its 1 ₹ does anyone pay the extra. Reason government owns and if any body asks they threaten.need severe action for looting public money

I am a regular consumer in TASMAC ELITE Avadi.
The supplier charges extra 40+ Rupees on Each Bottle and if questioned some times they repay 20 and they take 20 (calculating 10 for each 180ml).

Also as per our Prime Minister Modiji says electronic payment and bill to be asked for a safety pin bought across the country, But In TASMAC ELITE Avadi there were NO BILL for us nd NO Swiping machine or
e-payment till now ...

Please consider this and give us a permanent solution by afixing a board
Dont pay more than MRP and need card payment too... also a notice board mentioning complaint number at the shop sale counter..

All liquor bottles sold in 40 Rs. extra almost every TASMAC outlet in Chennai with no bills provided. Made a joke of system.

I purchased a bottle of magic moments from TASMAC shop number 496. Nungambakkam high road. The person in the counter didnot issue me a receipt. Recharge 250 rupees for a product (180ml) with an MRP of 230 rupees. Time of purchase 12:15 p.m. date 25June 2021(Friday)

In all over Tamilnadu every TASMAC shop including Elite shop are collecting extra amount of ₹5 for each 180ml liquor bottle (₹10 for 375ml bottle and ₹20 for 750ml bottle) and extra ₹10 for each Beer Bottle above the actual MRP from public. They are not giving any bill to the customers. They are forcefully asking the extra money from the public. If public refuse to give the amount to them they are not giving the liquor to the public. They are getting salary or not. Why they are begging to the public. If public ask question about the issue. They are boldly telling that these extra money will go upto higher officials in TASMAC department and ask the public to complaint anywhere.They won't take action like that they are saying.They are cheating the public.

So kindly take action against this issue and arrange to issue bill to the evey purchase and implement digital payment method.Then only this scam will come to an end.

I had bought 18 cans of British Empire beer on 17th June 2021 from Garden roof top Tasmac in PV Rajamannar Sakai, kk nagar Chennai 78. The MRP on the can is Rs 120/- but I was forced to pay 130/- for a can. I have paid are 2340/- against the actual price of Rs 2160/- What is don’t understand is in spite of the High court order the tasmac employees are charging us with extra charges if questioned we are denied service.

This complaint is all about the entire Tasmac and Tasmac Elite shops. Especially, Annanagar Elite Shop opposite to Poorvika mobiles. The people working inside the Tasmac shops are charging 20rs extra from MRP on all the liquor items. If public is not ready to pay extra 20rs. The staff are fighting and abusing with bad words. And also not issuing liquors. Sending out of the shop. They were asking to buy some other shop as if its their own shop. They are also telling that last 10 yrs we are charging extra only. hereafter also we will charge extra money from public's and you can't do anything either government can't do anything. Go do whatever you want. This is very pathetic. That in our own mother land we can't expect honesty. Pls take necessary action asap. thanks

ஐயா நான் நேற்று தர்மபுரி மாவட்டம் தொப்புள் வட்டாரத்தில் சனி சந்தை கிராமத்தில் உள்ள டாஸ்மாக் கடையில் நானும் என் அண்ணனும் சேர்ந்து 2 Royal Palace 720ரூபாய் அதன் விலை ஆனால் எங்களிடம் 900ரூபாய் என்று கூறி அதிகமாக பெற்றுக் கொண்டார். அது எங்களுக்கு வாங்கிய பிறகே தெரியும் கேட்டதற்கு எங்களிடம் தரக்குறைவான வார்த்தைகள் பிரயோகித்தார் தக்க நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும் என்று ஒரு குடிமகனாக கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்

Today I bought saint Louise 180 ml amount RS 240 of shop no:217 perambur. But the original Cost of liquor is RS:200 only..I asked the seller why r u selling so much price.they say it's a government order we can't do anything like this.is this true. Otherwise you take appropriate action

Why don't you give the purchase bill? this problem facing all tamilnadu beverage outlets, Why do you buy 5, 10 rupees extra all mrp?

The elite TASMAC shop in RS puram, Coimbatore does not give any bill to the customers. Moreover they are charging extra for each item purchased, ranging from 10 rs to 200 rs..
To add insult to injury, they make fun of customers who ask why they are charging extra. Sometimes, people who don't work in the TASMAC are being employed to take care of the customers who are even worse than the actual TASMAC employees

Liquor quality is not good some water mixed this is second time. Price rs 20 more on retail price.

I bought 3 King fisher beer (MRP Rs150), and one bottle whisky grants(MPR Rs 1940). The total price should be 2420rs.
But, he charged Rs2630. Rs 210 for nothing.

No receipt was given. Just, credit card customer copy only available. India is totally corrupt.
