Dear sir,

I am from Mogappairwe are facing the problem of non availability BEER in tasmac (Mogappair and ambattur) and same time the bar owners selling BEER while tasmac is open.
The bar owners selling kf AND OTHER STRONG beer for rs-180/- (Rs — 30 extra) tasmac sellers handover all quantity to bar owners for commission,
so plaes take immediate action for this. And also helps us to buying all beer items from tasmac shop. Thanks for understanding..

    TasMac no 143situated in perambur Ramana nagar, After reopening a bar, nobody following SOP instructed by tamil nadu government, full of crowd noboday wearing no temperature checking. Residence around there we scared of covid pandamic i assure if this continues for the next few days, residence and traspasser gonna get affected from this covid disease.please take necessary action.

      For quarter they're selling Rs.10/- extra... For example: If we buy a quarter i.e., 180 ml of 'Diamond' rum, MRP printed on the bottle Rs. 120/- only, but, they are selling Rs.130/- i.e., Rs.10/- extra. You can enquire directly by purchasing or enquire with the walking customer in the shop directly.

        Greeting sir,
        My name is sathiyaraj and I live in the rengasamudram near keelanilithanallur village in tenkasi district.
        I bought shop no:10866 beers on December 27, 2020 at the government liguor store Run by the government of thaminadu in the village of keelanilithanallur taluka sankarankovil tenkasi district. the maximum price of a beer was printed as 130 rupees but the seller told me it was 138 rupees and took 138 rupees and gave me the rest and when I asked for 130 rupees the race looked at the picture and refused to pay.
        after watching this incident being video taped on my phone he have in to the right friend.
        i humbly request that appropriate action be taken against the employees working at shop no:10866 falls to violating the consumer protection act..

          Bought black label double in Velachery on 25th Dec. It is a duplicate and the cap is normal not a imported bottle cap. After drinking, got a headache and burning sensation. The are selling duplicate liquors

            Is it really usefull for us??? They charging 10rs extra for 180ml if am buying 720ml bottle mean I have to pay 40rs extra More than MRP is it legal to sale MRP Products more than fixed price.if we are asking they are not responding and simply saying if you want buy otherwise go.

              I gave Rs. 500 and bought 1 beer for Rs. 150 and sales man gave Rs. 50 as change. After 30 min i checked my balance and came to know he given only rs. 50 instead 350, i went to the shop and asked the balance amonut, but sales was accepted and he argued in different way, . So please check the camera available in the shop and give me the solution. Shop kodikkulam, pudur madurai

                      Kindly look in to the matter immediately
                      Some water or some thinks mixing in 180ml and 360ml
                      I was buy on 06/12/2020 180ml Mc VSOP & 180ml Exsha in sriperumbudur both shop it was mixing some thinks. i have informed to Tasmac employee he not response to us. Not only sriperumbudur some of Tasmac in tamilnadu they are doing same.

                      Price also extra Rs.10 per quarter 180ML for all the brand.

                      Suggestion :
                      Increase Tasmac employees for main areas.
                      No cash purchase only card purchase allowed.
                      To implement digital systems like allowed only card purchase
                      Need to give receipt for all persons.
                      Control local person influence

                        Sir, I would inform you to take a immediate action against open scandal has been continuing in Tasmac shops all over Tamilnadu. Salesman behave like a district collector designation because he's earning more income than District Collector. Approximately one sales income for a month could be Rs.300000. Please let me know that who will give authority to sale liquor in tasmac shop for salesman @ Extra Pricing Rs.10 for 180ml, Rs.20 for 375ml, Rs.40 for 750ml and Rs.50 of 1 litre then beer pricing also Rs.20 extra.
                        FYI, Same grievances has been raised in cmcell.gov.in also.
                        MRP means Maximum Retail Price not a My Rate Plan because salesman in tasmac shop behaves like that in Surrounding area of Nanmangalam Tasmac shop, Keelkatalai Tasmac Shops.
                        Expedite action in this regards. Any one loyal officer can take severe action. Please

                          Each and every bottle always added 5rs extra for 180 ml usually. But below tasmac every bottle added 10Rs per 180ml bottle. I was ask questions staff was not response and behaviour was very rooted. I was very disappointed

                            Urapakkam wine shop doesn't operatate correct timing. Always it closed half hour before of his time. Today (29.11.2020) now time is 21:40 it seems closes, please check and rectify this issue

                                  In the House at Town Survey No.5/6, Block No.8, Ward No.F ( Sekkadu Village ) of Avadi Municipal Corporation TASMAC Retail Vending Outlet is functioning without any Authorised / Allotted Shop Number Visible to the Outside Public.There is a Bar running in the Adjacent Building.From Outside, People do not Know about the Authorisation Number of the Bar also.Moreover the Survey Number is Under Mixed Residential Zone as Per Planning Regulations and hence an Unlikely Place for A Pure Commercial Activity like this, inviting Daily Nuisance from the Tipplers.The Issue may be Looked into.

                                    Shop number 511 in Arcot Road opposite Avichi school is charging Rs 30 extra per bottle of beer. On questioning, the response is it is a general norm. Denies to provide a bill on demand. Hurls abuses when questioned. This is sheer harrasment and action must be immediately taken and control should be put in place.
