One individual tasmac retail shop (First shop near rbt mall, arrs multiplex road, salem) staff got rs.20 extra than mrp for 360 ml liquor. When i asked this, he shouted and yelled at me using bad words and threatened me that he will kill me. I was very much stressed by his worst behavior. Being a govt staff, myself being threatened like this.. How could the common public be?? Please take necessary action.

Dear sir,
Now a days tasmac sales men are selling above mrp prices from 10rs. To40 rupees[protected] at 4.30 pm, shop number 8533, rathna nagar, allinagaram theni), mr. Paunraj resident of bk patty, sold a full bottle of mc brandy for rs 620 (Actual cost is 580) not only is item even beer also sold for 20 rs. Extra & selling whole boxes to the out side business men... Regarding this i already complaint to the dm of theni tn... But no action taken so far.. It seems that it is very very worst than corona.
So, i kindly request you to do the needful as quickly as possible

Hi, i purchased misty grape red wine bottle from tasmac elite from railway road, kanchipuram. The shopkeeper charged rs 500 instead of rs 400 on that bottle. On asking about it, he first refused to sell the bottle to me. Later, lot of arguments, they charged me the same rs 500 but not given the bill for it & myself made payment through pos machine i have attached the pic for the same. Please take the necessary action. If you don't, the citizens of the country will loose faith in law. Thanks

I bought a beer yesterday evening. I am how much beer black pearl triple he told 180₹
But the mrp price is 130₹ and again i ask the seller in the bottle the price will be 130₹ only then y ur selling high price. The seller says this is the price i[censored] interested u buy or u r not interested go out. Mainly seller selling 40₹-50₹rupees extra on mrp. Please see mrp price in bottle i included that image please take action i see more reviews that complaints are i think not solve please take action not only hosur all over tamilnadu selling high price.

My suggestion is please sell mrp price only.

Tasmac wine shop located at kangeyampalayam po, sulur, coimbatore - 641401 is charging one quarter normal brandy for rs. 200/- higher rate than the government mrp rate.in the tasmac shops all the items are sold above mrp prices and if we question the shopkeepers they are telling no stocks. I request the authorities to streamline and stop this attitude and stop this corruption practices by the tasmac employees. Take necessary action...

Tasmac staffs are charged more than the mentioned price of the liquor (60 rupees more than the full bottle price). So that kindly initiate the action and please advise the tasmac to provide the bill for our purchase so that we will have the evidence for our custom.

I here to bring with with you, yester day (11.02.202) i went tasmac ealit shop (Shop no:426) at konnur high road. Ayanavaram, chennai 600023 buy one amstel beer and went to the home and open at the bottle am shocked regarding bottle top is belittle got already damaged and no gas also.

Then am returned to the shop hand over the bottle to the sales man tell the same matter, but he replayed me, that is not my bother that is your head tack only and not give no alternate compensation. So how to we know when we by the time the damage and checking. So money loss only our side only sir.

Mrp rate rs.160 extra rs.10 total rs.170 am paid by my credit card. So please give me the resuscitation sir.

It is very sickening to see so many complaints and still no solution to the shameless collection of extra amount above MRP at all tasmac shops. The elite shop in kotagiri charges Rs 50/- per bottle above the MRP.

I have the following concerns
1. Isn't the govt indirectly encouraging this malpractice?
2. The govt should be held responsible for not taking any action against this illegal activity
3. RTI should be filed to find out what is the channel for accounting at all tasmac shops.
4. Income tax raid needs to be conducted on all employees and concerned staff!
5. Judicial intervention is required to weed out this illegal practice of collecting money over and above the MRP and the government needs to be penalised for encouraging this practice in the society and turning a blind eye and setting a bad example to the people in general overall.

Its okay to increase the prices of liquor however its totally illegal to collect money over and above the MRP!

I am consulting with some legal experts simultaneously to bring an end to this menace in the society and hold the government responsible!

Appreciate if someone could tell me what action / controls are in place currently please?

I am an tamilnadu citizen.in our state very worst liqours are supplying at high rates. Pls compare karnataka or kerala or pondichery... Getting rs 110 per quarter is high rate compare to other neighbour states but very poor quality.. Pls take action and provide good quality of drinks is tasmac.
Mainly provide bill system bcoz per beer bottle extra rs10, per quarter bottle rs 5 why this extra amount what to give... Pls take action on this thank u

There is a tasmac in keerambur toll gate, namakkal district opens at 6 am itself and not closing it on time.

So many people are affected by this. Many aren't going to daily job due to alcohol addict. We have no clue where and how to make a complaint.

Hence complaining here.

Would be really helpful if you can take necessary action against this tasmac to open at 12 pm only.

In Tamil Nadu all TASMAC shops selling all kind of brandy, beer, rum, whisky bottles more than government fixed MRP prices, those shops are running by government administration, regarding this many complaints had been filed with TASMAC DM - district manager, district collector, and all officials, necessity actions had not been taken, TASMAC supervisors and salesman fixing price for brandy bottles more than government fixed prices, such thing happening in government shops then what about private shops, malls and all, kindly try to resolve it

Today i buy alcohol vps tasmac on 10.49pm through my debit card . and after using card he told not money for card but depited amount on my card . after i was checked atm money credited on that tasmac account .i am going that shop already he closed daily 10.50pm .what the closing time. i know?

In every shop they charge extra 20 rs on beer
And extra 10rs for 180ml whiskey, brandy & all alcohol items. Why should we have to pay this amount. I need a solution else tell where should i complain this query. I know already you got so many complaints like this, but yet not got a solution. Don't assume this as normal complain... Every year tasmac generate higher revenue in our state... I need solution.

Today i have purchased a half bottle whisky from tasmac guindy near railway station outlet. Mrp in the bottle is 380 rupees whereas they have collected from me rs. 410. That is rs. 30 extra. I have asked them the reason they said this the rate if you want take it otherwise don't. They were not ready to give the bill also. Moreover behaved in a rude manner as well. I understood that they are selling this way only and publically looting the money from customers. Request the authority to take necessary action against this.. Please

On 19.02.2020, i had purchased the beer from jafferkhenpet shop no:660, they want above 20 rupees of m. R. P, as you and we know that normally they sale the beer with 10 ruppe extra from the m. R. P. But today they ask 20 ruppes, i asked them the reason, due to central government tax increase they want more, but i consumed beer was produced on 04.02.2020 and mentioned m. R. Pis 140 rupees, but they sales the beer at 160 rupees. It is correct. Pls expalin.

Note : i hope budget was declaredon.01.02.2020.

Even tasmac know already the reason but still i beg for positive reply.
