Dear All,
I have taken Term Plan of tat aia 30 days ago for premium of 7000000 INR including all the riders for which i have paid 9435 INR. after making payment received call from tata aia helping me out to upload the document according to that i have uploaded everything. after my medical done by tata received a call that policy is created will received soft copy today on mail and with in 7 days will received hard copy also. Its been an month they are asking to upload document which i already did and also sent my all docs to respected mail ids. but still no solution is provided and from last 10 days they are asking to upload Required fresh sis without lspo and hospicare. When i asked the reason they don't have any reason for this.
i connect several times to create my policy if not then refund my amount. Neither i have received policy neither received my amount back.
And not a single response from anyone from last 20 days.
Also i have escalated my concern to all the level of Grievance cell of tata but no response
Due to this i have loss lots of time which affect my professional life a lot.
Need resolution for this.
