Tata AIA Life — not received policy no and documents

I sheela sreekumaran nair buy a mediclaim policy as per tata aig plan mediprime on 3rd october 2017, insured amount is 600, 000/-and i paid as premium
Rs.12905/- by online which i have received return receipt. As per their offer they would have send policy no and documents within 3 days. But today date is 14.10.2017. Till now i couldn't see any responds from their side. Their mail reply is shown as below

We have received your payment against application number - 1321198.

You will receive the policy document on your email registered with us, within 3 working days.
