My tata aia policy is issued on 30th april 2017, till date i have not received my policy bond, i have received more than 12 calls in last 3 months by your customer care team asking for various things and every time i have informed on non-receipt of my policy bond. Every time the tele executive who spoke to me have told that the complaint will be registered and issue will be resolved.
It is very sad to mention that till date nothing is done and tata aia is not bothered to check on the delivery of policy bond.
