[Resolved] Tata AIA Life — Premium refund | |||
Hi, I had mistakenly paid premium to a wrong policy. I contacted TATA-AIA and after 2 months of relentless follow up i got the response that they have refunded my amount. I have neither received cheque nor i have received amount in my account. I have been following up on this for 3 to 4 months. Every time i call the customer care they say they will get back to me in 2 days. But the 2 days never comes, I have to again call the customer care and then i have to give the background to another executive and only to hear that they will get back to me in 2 days. Even when i insist on transferring my call to senior person they say no one is available. This the worst customer care i have ever seen in my life. Tata AIA Life — Non receipt of Premium certificate
My name is Amlan Lahiri Policy No.U[protected]. TATA AIA I paid through ECS last year i.e. 2014. Please provide receipt by mail [protected]@gmail.com I have to show it to my office for Income tax calculation. They send policy due mail again and again but not receipt.
