Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have two policies Policy No. C[protected] Som Rajiv Tripathi, last dividend was paid in May'20) & Policy No. C[protected] Shweta Rajiv Tripathi last dividend was paid in Sep'20), This year's dividends are not recd. Both the policies was purchased as minor and Major formalities ( Change of Ownership) has been done. Same Issue had been mailed to Customer care . No action is taken . currently Customer care mails are not excepted by Tata-Aia server and bounced back .
Requesting to look into it and release Dividend as asap with Interest.
